The staff were very friendly and very helpful at the front office and restaurant. Good size room. Parking was available. Food was good and tasty and we were convinced that it was hygienically prepared.

Not to have the (more or less) same menu every day. India is probably the only country in the world, which has vastly varying cuisines within its own border. They should and they can; and have the know-how. Why not use it to their advantage. Some staff also give us the customer feedback cards. V did not like it. These cards should be kept on the table along with the menu card or at the reception counter. If the guests r so happy/unhappy, v will fill it ourselves on our initiatives.

The room is large but the view is out the back and not the view advertised. Still they are large and comfortable and have good toiletries and a balcony. The breakfast was good as well with a vast spread and helpful staff. The property has quite a few amenities but all are not available to guests. Location was perfect for us but can be a little out of the way for most.

It rained while we were there and the inner passage ways were completely wet and slippery as there is no protection or covering from the rain. The car park also had turned extremely muddy. The AC conked off in the middle of the night but they promptly sent a technician to reset it and it was fine.

Everything about the property was exceptional. We booked for three days and ended up extending our stay at the hotel for the entire trip of three weeks and used the hotel as our base. The staff is amazing and the chefs ensured we did not miss home food. On a day when we were a bit unwell they packed lunch for us so that we did not have to eat lunch outside. Clean interiors with a large expanse outside was perfect. Gym and spa at the property is world class. Entire staff is polite and friendly. An amazing experience, one which we will hopefully repeat soon.

I liked the rooms and toiletry supplies. The staff was very polite and helpful. I could only have breakfast partially and it was tasty. Next time, Fern only without a doubt.

I found the rule that guests cannot enter in specific time a bit unusual.

Open property, great to walk around. Large breakfast spread. Rooms were big, and as per the photos. Staff was very helpful and check-in was easy. In room dining prices were good and food was good too.

Since there was work going on in the property, the walk to reach our room was very long.

The location is a little far from the city, however if you’re looking for some peace and quiet like we did its ideal. The staff is extremely professional and prompt and the food is really good. The breakfast is wholesome.

Bathtubs maybe? Everything was exceptional though!

The staff, despite being a bit inexperienced, were always smiling and helpful. The food at the Vista too was very good, with great service.

The front desk registration and payment formalities are time consuming. Need better systems to handle multiple registration and billing counters.

I liked everything ! i dint like I had to check out ..I wanted to stay more !one day is not enough ..not even two days .

Breakfast was very good. We had ordered Jain food & were provided very tasty Jain Breakfast the first day.. But 2nd day it wasn't tasty at all.

Breakfast should be arranged in the lawn with garden umbrella. Since the view the nice.

Spacious and hygienic room with a Mini fridge :) Welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spa facility was very good. Nice view from room’s balcony. Good for one day stay.

Walls are thin, got disturbed by noisy neighbours. Breakfast timing is only till 10:30. Not much to explore within the place. More amenities can be added.
