The stay was comfortable and the entire staff was very courteous. Had an excellent experience with quality service delivered perfectly by every department. The food was exceptional, tasty, and made with love & care. Had our breakfast & dinner only at the restaurant despite multiple choices available at a close distance. Special mention to the restaurant staff Akshay who took care of every small need and every request with a smile on his face, for a family group of 10 individuals with senior citizens to small kids, we were quite demanding. Truly a five-star experience.

Few lights etc were dysfunctional in my room.

Everything about the stay was great. Room was spacious with all the adequate amenities, close to beach, various restaurants and sightseeing places. Food was also good, we celebrated our parents anniversary. I also loved the lavish breakfast spread. Special thanks to Akshay, Kaveri and Pavan from the restaurant, who helped in all our requests at the restaurant. Overall, thank you to all staffs in the hotel who made us feel welcomed and made our family trip extra special.

Since I was in the hotel for only 1 night, both Dinner and next day Breakfast was pretty good.

Room was large - BUT NEEDS A BIT OF "SPRUCING UP". Slightly DULL ROOMS. The Window had a 'Thick Curtain' only. It also needs a Second Light Curtain otherwise the room becomes TOTALLY DARK if the Thick Curtain is drawn ! The Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.

Extremely hospitable staff. Special mention to Pallavi at front desk and Sirisha at the Eatery.

The bathroom which was spacious and otherwise well equipped had only an overhead shower. A hand shower or spout would be handy specially when you just need to rinse your feet when coming in from outside.

I was travelling with a child who is a very picky eater, so the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. All in all property is small but nice location.

Very friendly staff. I had to travel for a short time in Visakhapatman with small kids. So I reached out to their staff (Mr Deepak) who not only understood my staying requirements, he also arranged for my late night supper as well as lunch( free) later after my checkout, when I said due to Navarathri, I am not eating onion garlic. He also packed token food for my 3 year old daughter. I will always remember this hospitality and visit again everytime , I visit Visakhapatman.

Nothing that I remember, except the delay in preparing food on time. Since.my baby was hungry, the waiting time made her restless.

bathroom in bedroom was not properly clean. There were only 6 sun loungers available despite at least ten people wanting to use them each day by the pool. Prices were not made clear if we wanted anything above our accommodation rate.

Rooms are aesthetically designed. Loved the workspace for multiple laptops. Quiet atmosphere, lot of parking space and well designed lobby. Restaurants and the brew bar looked really good.

Very young staff, lot of trainees and most them are really good, natural at hospitality but few still need retraining.

1. The reception desk girl, Anamika was very courteous and ensured a smooth check-in. 2. My order for food was delayed by 1.5 hours due to some wedding in the hotel, as upsetting as it is - they did not charge for the dinner - I got it complimentary. 3. The internet connectivity was good. 4. The breakfast was good. The dining staff was proactive and showed eagerness to help/serve the guests than shy away from helping. 5. The iron and ironing stand, the dryer was good and helpful. 6. Constant availability of warm water in the bathroom was very pleasant. 7. Good lighting console within ease of access from the bed.

1. The staff was very slow in responding to phone calls. 2. The hand towels were missing every day after housekeeping, the tissues rolls and papers were not new, the shower gel in the bottle was over and did not refill them. 3. I could not get lunch as I had crossed 3 PM. The combo option of chicken and 2 parathas should also include a small bowl of rice. I found the quantity a lot less for the price. 4. There should be a mini-bar and provide complimentary snacks in the room.
