The moment I entered, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that stayed with me throughout my stay. The hotel offers a diverse range of breakfast items, each serving delicious cuisine from around the world. Whether it's the fresh chichen sausage or the masala omlet , the delectable Indian dishes at the fine dining restaurant, every meal was a gastronomic adventure. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and left feeling utterly relaxed. One of the highlights of my stay was watching the sunset from the hotel's private location, a memory I'll cherish forever. The hotel also has a stunning pool overlooking the sea, making it a perfect spot to unwind. It's look close to a infinity pool. The staff at the Taj Vizag were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their warm smiles and impeccable service made me feel like royalty. In conclusion, The gateway ( Taj Hotel )in Vizag is a true gem. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway by the sea with impeccable service, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere, look no further. I can't wait to return to this paradise on the coast!

Tea bags/items need to be supplier regularly with room Cleaning.

The room met all my expectations. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom clean. The furnishings were beautiful and up to date in decor. A very fine room. The location by rk beach was very handy. It enabled us to take sunrise and sunset beach strolls. There is also a pretty amazing view of the beach from the courtyard. The swimming pool was beautiful. Wish there was service or drinks by the pool.

Food lacked quality. The breakfast spread was good - all kinds of south Indian tiffins, made to order dosa and omelettes, fruit juices, fruits, continental and also meat varieties. However none of it was tasty. I didn't look forward to eating here. Definitely cant say it was 5-star food.

Apart from the breakfast all things were superb!!!

Breakfast was excelent, bar tenders were excelent and very friendly , receptionist Srijan , wow what a person he is very smiling person and customer friendly and very transparent guy I give him stars ***** Thank you and will defenatly recommend my friends and will visit again.

I understand property is pretty old and can't expect more from it , it is what it is. Required swingnpool little depth.

EXCEPTIONAL! The food spread was amazing to say the least. We were given welcome drinks and fruits when we arrived at the hotel. The checkin/checkout process was smooth as butter. I would like to specially thank Mr.Pydi Babu, Ms. Prachi and Mr. Srinivas from GAD (Gateway All Day) dining lounge for making us feel really comfortable. Mr. Gurnath Reddy, the inhouse magician was entertaining and we liked it a lot. Ms. Alex from front desk was very helpful too. All in all, gateway hotel has the best facilities and crew to go along with it. Highly recommend it for leisure/pleasure.

The room we were allotted had a small bit of creaky flooring.

Situated right across the beach in one of the most happening places of Vizag. Facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly. I really liked the huge lawn in front of the restaurant from where u can watch the sea. Novotel may be a bigger hotel but I found the environment in Gateway better. Would recommend this place to all who want to have a luxurious stay in this beach City.

I’ve always stayed here and it was nice to come back. the staff is wonderful and always with a smile. breakfast and dining facilities are good although no western food options available.

it is a run down 5 star hotel. they never renovated the rooms and only the third room was acceptable to me. some floors have a 2 star like interior of the rooms and a horrible view outside.

Nice location, good hospitality, good breakfast served in the morning and also the property has good restaurants ( chinese delicacies) . Womderful staff.

The property is dated and everything is very old which needs renovation. However the location is eccellent and also the staff. The bar is not crowded and also very dated infrastructure.

The receptionist Mohammad was excellent and facilitated the checkin professionally friendly. The other service people are also good. Sports 18 for football world cup and colours for Big Boss were missing and provided on demand the next day. Asked for knife to cut apple instead of providing a knife as prohibited they gave a complementary sliced apple. appreciate the adherence to security protocol and gesture

Delay in taking out the dishes after food.

The service by the staffs were amazing. They r happy to help. Once I wanted a fried rice hot by the service people that I delivered by Zomato. They returned the rice nicely decorated in big plate along with salads, pickel, etc. It simply shows that they r happy to serve more than one can expect. Particularly, Prabal, William r so nice guys having always smiling faces with always willingness to help, serve the guests.

I am not able to find any fault in them!!
