Food was ok. They need to give more veg choices. Nearness to the beach is the biggest attraction. Room was quite good but maintenance is not proper. Toilet faucet was not working, drain was choked, door was jammed. My room was changed. The staff was very good. Overall experience was nice.

The rooms are fine but shower area was slippery. They should put a grab bar in the bath area. As soon as a guest checks out the bath area and the wash basin should be properly cleaned. Bath area should not be slippery and washbasin should also be made sparkling clean.

Nice people, customer friendly, Excellent view from suite, relaxing lawns, managed ocean beach front, supervised swimming pool. Continental breakfast was awesome too. We were offered free upgrade to Suite. Strongly recommend 311 to anyone and will do same if we or our family friends visit again.

The pool side open restaurant was not sufficiently staffed or they took too long to deliver the order. The beach side restaurant was super though.

The property has a private beach , though not for bathing , but serene. The staff were always with a smile. The check in and out was breeze. The property is well maintained, it's has huge open land with trees.

The property is very old, few things like the toilet fittings could be changed. The water pressure is less for comfortable bathing. The food is little on the pricey side considering its Vizag.

I came during a busy wedding celebration. The front office staff were able to give me a room and they gave a welcome seashell garland. The entire day went in spending time at pool, gym , and The Shack restaurant. The next day breakfast in Tent was a different setup and English breakfast was good and other options were good . Check out was smooth . loved The Park VISAKHAPATNAM. Will come more with my family and office .

The location was excellent with the facilities provided and the overall hotel ambiance. I liked the way hotel was maintained never realised it is more than 50 years old property.

The tariff is on higher side compared to the other similar hotels in Vizag .

Sea View .. Manager Maqsood was very helpful . Always smiling. The staff is friendly. Location is perfect. Hotel is at the beach .

No balcony I the room. Windows weren't meant to be opened . Lack of fresh air in the room. Property is at the beach and waves sound is so soothing . But unfortunately we can't hear or enjoy that from the room wherein rooms are sea view .

I want to thank TOMAS he did a wonderful job. He assist my family and me and give ideas and tips. He speak very carefully English . Thanks to whole front team . They help my family in all request.Breakfast is nice . Rooms big and clean . Very happy with all. Will come again

It’s situated at one of the prime locations and the best part of it is that all the rooms are sea facing. The room I stayed in had pool view, garden view and sea view all three. And it has its private beach as well.

The interior could have been better.

Every one welcomed us well offered drink and garlands with smile room amenities and view is very good thanks for upgrading the room and special thanks to nagesh front desk manager
