Excellent breakfast, and dinner was tasty as well! Unbeatable service and welcoming staff members made it such a pleasure to dine there. Coffee and tea service with breakfast was amazing.

Clarification that the resort doesn't connect directly to the beach near it. The description online made it sound like it might connect to the beach.

We stayed at Radisson Vizag during the Diwali break. Beautiful location and extremely caring service. The beach, even though it is not private, is connected to the property and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful ones we have seen across India. All other key tourist spots in Vizag such as Totlakonda, Kailasagiri, submarine museum etc. are all not more than half an hour from the hotel. The staff was top notch and was extremely attentive to us. We were even invited to the Diwali celebrations at the hotel and had an amazing time with fireworks, food, Diya lighting and rangoli. Room was spacious and clean. The view from balcony of the sea was soothing. The kids play area is good and the recreation room is one of the best I’ve seen. Very well stocked. I can’t believe this property does not yet have as much occupancy as it should. Highly recommend.

The property is relatively new so there are some teething pains but nothing significant that the team can’t improve over time - such as response times to calls/requests and diversity in food menu.

This is a fabulous hotel . The staff without exception are attentive , welcoming and go out of their way to help you without being overbearing. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The pool is absolutely fabulous , the hotel is immaculate throughout and food is excellent . Our room had its own entrance and a separate sitting room . Don’t stay anywhere else if you are going to the beautiful Visakhapatnam! Loved it - thank you !

Nothing ! We spent two weeks in India and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Also great value for money. I worried about the food but it was amazing !

The Service I got was fantastic and very nice greeting at the reception. The property itself was fantastic I very much enjoy staying here. Also a very good Breakfast.

What Really disturbed me I was Walking from my room to the reception and random staff member quite aggressively said what is your room number and that’s the only thing he said. And this is not a prison . That was unprofessional behaviour In a hotel like this. It was very obvious that I was a guest and walking down to the reception. It felt like a power game from him.

Property was excellent, nicely welcomed, overpriced for 5star too, enjoyed the stay, however would like to put some points which needs to be clear/improved when presenting it to customer. You cannot view Ocean from, sea facing rooms, it is obstructed by trees in between. When someone travelling with Kids, specially below 8 years, restaurant should consider the food parcels for Kids-food as they will not be eating as required in the restaurant or within the given timings during the breakfast. Every time we ask, we get into discussion and end up ordering separately at additional cost.

Property should have customers responsibilities, specially when someone is travelling with little kids.

The rooms stay is amazing, food was amazing, good amenities.

1. Booking.com shows that room comes with bathtube but bathtub was not available. 2. My room was having 2 meals included which I confirmed on checking too. But the staff because of some communication error amoung them, kept doubting me and blaming me that my booking is without meal. Very unprofessional behaviour, if being a costomer and i am saying something they should double check before questioning. 3. Many day activities as given on board were not available. Poor response.

The property was spread out with facilities for every age group. Enjoyed the hospitality. Food was outstanding with excellent service. Must recommended. Lives upto the tag of resort.

As the resort is spread out, I would recommend increasing the frequency of shuttle/electric car service for ease of access to various facilities especially during summers/rains for a family with kids.

Location

Some what unclean surroundings in front of the rooms in the ground floor. Food plates left outside of the rooms were not removed. Water logged in the lawn area in front of the rooms and water used for cleaning outside premises and for plants in the lawn was stinking very badly.

Stunning location, felt peaceful and cut-off, beyond excellent service, friendly staff, authentic Telugu cuisine that impressed even us locals, a great place for a staycation or a longer stay. We were very happy, and can't wait to come back.

Breakfast buffet was the only thing that was unexceptional about our stay. The lunch buffet did not feel value for money - but the a la carte restaurants more than made up for this.
