The most prominent of many good aspects of the hotel was The People. I understand that the local tradition of being courteous also contributes to pleasing faces. But one has to give credit to the Lead Team for the all the work that goes into screening, training, maintaining staff that can deliver top class standards of Service....... In all the departments. The speciality restaurant Dakshin was a memorable treat. The customer is made to feel like she/he is someone they all adore. My Congratulations to the General Manager & his team.

It's a rare occasion when I can't recall on what to complain about. That's what Real Good Service Can do to any Customer.

Breakfast is great and very good selections. Beds are comfortable and clean.

Check out process is bit weird. During the check out process, the staff needs to send a person to the room to see if any freezer items are consumed or not. This process doesn't defy the logic. The total check out process took about 15 to 20 minutes (certainly caused stir to us as we need to catchup our flight luckily we were able to catch our flight just one minute before the gates are closed). ITC should charge some amount as deposit and that will be fully refunded if no freezer items are consumed. I don't think any customer will lie for Rs.100 items when they are paying Rs.6500+ per day.

An excellent choice at breakfast for both Asian & Western tastes. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was admitted to hospital after an accident and two of the staff came to visit me and brought me some food. That was a wonderful gesture.

The price of drinks at the bar were expensive.

Staff was courteous and very helpful, especially Ms. Roopa and Mr. Prabhash. Beach was a short walk away. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent.

Add more variety to the breakfast menu and try to be less repetitive. Please communicate clearly and upfront (while customers are booking) about any maintenance activity being carried in the hotel that may cause disturbance during the stay. This would help customers anticipate in advance vs. upon arrival / check-in.

The location was right next to the beach. The lobby was spacious and impressive,

Lot of plastic is being wasted which is not environment friendly at all. For example, every time we needed drinking water, we had to get new sealed bottles of mineral water. Instead if they could install RO at each floor, and provide glass bottles in each room, it would have been much better.

I booked my room for two nights,but due to my flight cancelled i am able to make up first day.i informed the reception that i am able come on first day.when i came in second day by 2.15pm to hotel waited for 20 minutes at reception incharge person told me room is getting ready wait for 15 minutes.it was unpleasent stay with this staff behaviour.

Top quality hotel with excellent staff. Very good pool and gardens and nice terrace. Rooms are large with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Lots of bottled water provided. Hotel felt secure.

Bar prices are very, very expensive.

Hospitality, Location and overall experience. The staff was courteous and well mannered. They helped us with all sorts of requests once they had a chance. Breakfast was amazing and tasty

Waited for room for 2 hours despite placing early check in request a week before. However that was made up by courteous nature of the staff and speeding up once they got a vacant room

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel and the room offered amazing views of the sea. The property is well maintained and spacious. The lobby has an amazing decor and rooms are well maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Gopi for ensuring a smooth check in process and his outstanding service and prompt response to guests.

Breakfast was good and delicious, poolside experience was absolutely fantastic, kudos to the poolside employee, he did a phenomenal job 👏🏼

I will not share even if I have a negative point because this hotel has little sentimental and emotional attachment in my life. Thank you guys
