The hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was quiet, far from the hassle, and it was great to watch sunset. Staff are so lovely, the breakfast was very good and all the food in general was great.

The pool was not cold and too quite, it would have been nice to play some music during the day. Keep in mind that you can't swim at the beach near the hotel, because the west side of the island is not suitable for swimming.

Loved the Service, Pool, Massage & the overall feeling in my Grande room. The pool was just out of the room & jump in...the vegetarian food was good & the outside beach area was nice too in the evenings, especially.

We couldn't get the bikes as they had limited numbers so had to walk & rent it from smwhere else. You definitely need a bike to go around on the island, as the hotel is not walkable close to the multiple pubs & restaurants on the island.

Loved staying at this hotel - it was just a short walk from the port, and the food, staff and location was amazing. The waitor in the resturant Arwen? Unsure how to spell his name but he was great and couldnt do any more for us, he is an assett to your team! The bikes were great to as we hired them from the hotel

I only thing I really hated about this island is how they treat the horses on the island. They are forced to work long hours, carrying heavy carts full of luggage and people, PLEASE BOYCOT THESE! I also read they are given sea water to drink instead of drinking water. The only reason stopping me from returning to Gili T is how workers treat the horses. If tourists stop using the horse and carts, they will have to consider electric methods of transport on the island instead.

Staying at the PinkCoco Hotel on Gili Trawangan was an unforgettable experience! From the first step into the hotel grounds, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and design in shades of pink, creating a feeling of true paradise. The rooms were cozy, modern and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I was especially pleased with the luxurious terrace overlooking the endless waters. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant, offering gourmet cuisine, pleasantly surprised you with its variety and exquisite taste. I also cannot fail to note the friendly staff, who tried to make our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. PinkCoco Hotel on Gili Trawangan has left an everlasting mark on my heart and I'm already dreaming of a return visit! Thank you for this wonderful experience

Breakfast was a wide choice.. filling , nutritionally balanced and really delicious ... the rooms (we booked the grande) were large with all the required necessities including a safe box refrigerator tv etc etc ..the bathrooms were a treat ..half open to the sky and in perfect harmony with nature . The staff was the best . From PUTU the manager to YUNI n ADI on the management side , to the entire cleaning and service crew were wonderfully friendly cheerful efficient and prompt at fulfilling any requirements. I'd recommend this hotel highly . Great value for money and I'll CERTAINLY be back

It was all good

This will be my first of two reviews, as we extended our stay on gili T. Much of that has to do with PinkCoco. It’s delightful, it’s totally unique, a bit of Mediterranean feel. The lay out is superb from the moment you walk in and they greet you with cold towel and beverage. The check in is so easy and thoughtful, tending to your luggage and giving you a great explanation and tour. Each area has its own feel to it, the pool area and the spa, the upstairs restaurant, the main level cafe area, the beach front is exquisite and sunsets there are a must very night you can. There is a dj and fire dancers a few nights a week. May have been my favorite way to spend the evenings in our month long traveling Bali and surrounding islands. The food is extraordinary. Make sure to book with the breakfast included. It’s not like any other breakfast inclusion I have come across. It is almost nearly a four course meal. I was happy we stayed 5 nights as we got to many different choices. The food is fresh and there is so much variety. The pink bikes are great for travel around and quite easy to spot your bike when parked next to all the bikes on the island. The staff is wonderful. So pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. Niluh in the restaurant is extraordinarily kind and thoughtful. She called us by our names everytime she saw us. Wow!!! She must meet so many people and to be able to remember our names is special. She took exceptional care of us and her smile is like welcoming. Yuni was great and overseeing our travel arrangements and just all around helpful if we needed any. The personal touches are what makes it so great. The staff randomly throughout the day comes around with complimentary snacks, fruit, smoothies, pizza. They clean the rooms daily and do turn down service!!! They always left 2 cookies for us. We would take bets on what kind of cookie it would be. They were all good. I could go on but I will leave that for the next review!

I can’t say anywhere they could improve. They are doing it all right and then some!!!

We had an amazing stay at PinkCoco! Our room was beautiful and we loved all the special touches given it was our honeymoon. We were really grateful of the pool given we weren't immediately next to a beach and loved the pool beanbags. All the surprises were really fun whilst we stayed at the hotel and made such a difference in us feeling really well looked after, we couldn't fault the staff especially Niluh, June and Deng. Our breakfasts were amazing and we had loads of choice and the rental of bikes from the hotel made getting around the island so much easier. We will always remember PinkCoco!

Nothing we didn't like re the hotel. Worth mentioning we were around the quieter side of the island which suited us perfectly and it wasn't far to the party area of the island. I would flag you need to get a horse and cart in order to transport your luggage to the hotel for a fee or walk, we don't really agree with the using the horses given the heat but that's nothing to do with the hotel just more for guest info.

I stayed here 8 years ago and the atmosphere is just as amazing, if not better. Aside from the beautiful property, the best part about our stay was the helpful and friendly staff who were always around to assist or offer a poolside snack. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s close to some of the finer restaurants on the island, this is the perfect location with The Pearl, Santi Beach Club and Casa Vintage in walking distance. It’s also a short bike ride (8-10 mins) into town but tucked away enough that you can enjoy the serenity of the island. Make sure you get a massage from Eka or Sri who were the best we encountered on our Bali trip!

The room smelt damp and we constantly needed air fresheners which the staff would kindly provide.

The arrival with the drinks and towels set the tone! The amenities: The decor: the pink in the burger, pancakes, the furniture: it was stunning! The pool was so dreamy especially at night! The room was cosy, the balcony, and the attention to detail: water bottle, the bag, the gifts: what a nice touch and surprise:) The boat, the sunset spot, the fire dancer, the DJ! The vision: adults only! The support to breast cancer! The girly touch: the beauty treatments! What an incredible experience, I’ll definitely come back again!

The big wasps : I had a duel with a big wasp trapped in my room, and since I’m allergic it was terrifying! There were also three on the balcony… Also, I felt the service was a bit long, but the staff was so kind and helpful like Aalwan, that it compensated with the latter.

Our experience at Pinkcoco Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, Yuni’s warm hospitality and proactive approach to addressing any concerns, made our stay on Gili Island truly remarkable. All the other guys from the staff, Adam, D….were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Their attentiveness and genuine care elevated our experience, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. We highly recommend Pinkcoco Hotel for a memorable and delightful getaway. Rooms are perfectly clean, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast, pizza, pasta….everything was delicious.
