The Room was cosy and Clean. The hotel is Well maintainwd. Breakfast is included and is Good. Lunch and dinner are Good and at a reasonable price.

The Sounds of loud pipes of Cars and bikes Speeding in front of the hotel Late in the night is hard to bare.

the key from the room was not working. apparently a problem with the electronic lock. they never fixed but there was always someone around to help me

Staff were excellent, facilities were great, location was pretty good with supermarket, major bank and starbucks next door. There is an...interesting shopping centre on the same side of the road a couple of doors up, and a bigger more comprehensive one as well as a mcdonald's across the road. Food at the restaurant was very good, breakfast outstanding. About half hour walk to Kuta Beach. Pool is lovely and close to the bar,. Massage therapist was great. This was great value for money Overall, it will be hard not to choose this place again if we go back to Bali.

The shower in our room was a little dirty with soap scum on the glass door panel and most of the towels were quite worn so weren't that soft. Bed linen was clean and provisions were good which made up for it. Crossing the road is like a real life game of Frogger, forget it if you can't run somewhat. No bar fridge was disappointing as was the lack of Bintang Raddlers at the bar! I feel bad writing this because the value for money here is outstanding. They even arranged airport transfers.

Perfect stay with a friendly staff. At the hotel there is a restaurant, so you can have lunch or dinner at the place. Hot and cold drinks, cocktails and snacks also available. There is their own bakery at the lobby with fresh and tasty baking. Pool was amazing too. Clean, with many places to relax like sunbeds and comfortable beanbag chairs. You have to pay attention, the hotel is a bit far away from the beach, so you should take some transfer like taxi, maybe rent a bike or a car (there is a parking near the hotel), or just walk, as we do :)

One minor minus - there is no minibar or small refrigerator, if you like to have some extra snacks for a midnight snacking ☺️ At the bathroom you can find everything you need, including bath caps, teeth brushes and even shaving kit, but the toilet could be cleaned better 🙈 Also, we didn’t find the hairdryer. Maybe we should ask for it, but we didn’t get along without it, so it was ok.

Off a main road so easy for my driver from Padang Bai to find. A nice walk to the live part of Kuta

Staff treated us like VIPs. Exceeding all my expectations during our stay. Provided everything I asked or needed. The room was cozy and clean. Compliments to the room service for asking me everyday if we need a new batch of towels, or clean the room, or if there is anything that we needed. We checked out early due to our flight schedule and they even provided us with a breakfast box free of charge which I didn't even ask for but very much appreciated; since the breakfast buffet has not started yet when we were checking out. The hotel is stationed in the middle of malls, restaurants, and establishments that made me feel like I'm still in my own country regarding how accessible the place is. The fare prices for ride hailing services was 50% cheaper, so going back and forth from places is too easy and takes just a couple of minutes.

The lobby should have been air-conditioned / atleast have big ceiling fans which could provide air circulation coz it was so hot and unbearable to sit. The toilets have air conditioning but your lobby is without a fan. There were not much Vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet. Whatever available was always COLD and it wasn’t appetising. Please have small burner or Candles which can keep the food HOT during breakfast. The Bathroom could have been more cleaner specially the bath area and the space to keep the soaps. Lastly, the stand to keep the luggage in the rooms should be at lower level, currently it was soo high we couldn’t keep the trolley up on the stand and if we kept we couldn’t see anything. It should have been at a waist level for anyone to see and manage comfortably.

no minibar or hair dryer

Very good location for spending the last night/nights in Bali before taking a flight. It's relatively close to the airport and it is located just across the street from a big shopping center with lots of of souvenirs reasonably priced. Although it rained and we couldn't use the swiming pool, we had a great stay there. We received a free room upgrade, the breakfast had plenty of options (mostly indonesian), the suite was comfortable and clean and the food from room service was tasty as well.

The labels of the food at breakfast should be translated to english too. I did not take certain stuff although they looked good because I did not know exactly what it was.
