This hotel located near by the Airport and easy to go everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff as well. The parking area was ok and there was security who available for 24 hours to help you to park your car.

The bed was so noisy and make my 8 months baby always awake when I move my body when asleep but when I reported it to the Reception, the lady who in charged at that time was helping me and solved my problem so thank you for it. The Breakfast variant was just bored and less western menu.

The location of the hotel are very perfect with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is really close to the airport and Kuta Beach. The breakfasts are great with many variations, especially the local dishes such as sambal matah are delicious.

The hospitality of the staff in the restaurant would be great if they were more smiley and friendly. Some staff were nice, but some didn't even have smiles, so if they had more smiles, it would add perfect value to this hotel.

Overall the hotel was clean with good facilities and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed the spa facility, the massages available were excellent and very good value. The lady was very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. Also the pool was really nice and always quiet, which was a bonus!

I didn’t like that they did not have wine available in the restaurant ( even though it was on the menu) or that there was no milk available in the room to accompany the complimentary tea and coffee.

We used their transit room for several hours as our flight didn’t leave till almost midnight. Left our luggage with the front desk and went down to Kuta Beach and Discovery shopping mall for last minute shop as we arrived in Kuta early. Our room was ready by midday. The hotel is only 10mins from the airport. We enjoyed a late lunch in the hotel which was fine. Staff were excellent. Had a swim in the rooftop pool. Would have stayed beside the pool longer if there had been any shade.

-Good location, next to airport and Kuta. -Good facilities, good pool. -Breakfast (not included in our fare) was buffet style, and quality was satisfactory.

-Very smelly toilet. I'm not talking about pipe smell, but urine smell which could point to an insufficient cleaning. -Restaurant was bad. Besides breakfast, which was OK, the other options were very disappointing.

The staff is very helpful and really warm. Located near airport but quite pleasant, not too many noise. It's near local delicacies. Oh also the breakfast is good, you get what you pay and I think it's above expectation. Warm water works well, fridge cool enough, bed is good

The room is a bit dark, needs additional light, especially cool daylight type of lamp. All the lamp are yellow and dim. The room is also a bit dull

An Adorable price with good service and ambience ..we stay about 27april to 25 may,.more longer stayed they gave us more cheap price include breakfast. nice staff and security are very helpfull.definetely will stay there again when my hubby come again next year. I have small story about our trip that time,that maybe can take a lesson to other hotel and staff. For the first time, i was actually booking in Yellow kuta beachwalk..i was booking for 3 days,and planned to be continue till 1 month as my hubby come for 1 month to indonesia. His flight should be in 24 april, but flight delay till 26 april..Because i already booking hotel in 24 april,so,i inform them if can reschedule become 26 april to 29 april, they said cant change..so,i just use 1 day only in that my 3 days booking...the funny thing, when we reach in 26 april,recepsionis said couldnt took, cos in 24 and 25 already not take.why not...i still have right in 26 to 27..and staff look like call someone by phone,and allowing us to took the remaining day..after i looked at the room,i like and i said to them if they can flexible to gave the 2 days that missing cos problem from the flight,we will stay till 1 month...but they more choose 2 days missing then chance to get another 27 days stayed..so..no choice..by tomorrow after i leave ...then i choose prime biz for 1 month... The lesson here is..maybe sometime the rule hotel need to be flexible,yes maybe it is the rule,but,if there are have big chance to get more profit,why cant flexible. Thank you so much to Prime biz hotel to give us very good price..thank also to all nice staff..we will definitely come back again next time when we need to stay at hotel🙏👍

Staffs, Location, Breakfast, Cleanliness. Stayed From June 21st - 24rd 2022, with Total 7 Rooms. 14 person Nothing fancy about this hotel, just casual family type. But consider the price for this 3 star hotel, Prime Biz offer the best value for money available. They even go beyond our expectations. For Example, Ms Widi the Sales Manager was generous enough to gave us 2 free upgrade rooms. Also she kindly manage to set up very early breakfast ( 05.30 am ) for our group, when we went to Penida island. Once, i rented a motor bike with just 1 helmet, at my surprise the hotel security provide an extra helmet and it is clean. At check out, turn out that we missed 1 luggage, we didn`t realized until we reach the airport, imagine the hectic, fortunately the hotel staffs keep it safely and manage to deliver it to airport just in time. Thanks to F.O Team : Ms Ayu, Ms Intan, Mr Nanda, Mr Eka, Mr Danny, Mr Agung, Mr Dede, and many more. The Staffs were obviously the key factor here, their smile is truly genuine and they greets you from the heart. I stayed at 518, nearly spotless, room with just enough space, it is nicely compact though, and everything works well. I must admit the rooms service was quick, cheap and very much decent last time i ordered Mie Goreng. The Breakfast for this 3 star hotel is quite good, as the selections was well rotate, so we are able to enjoy the whole 3 day consecutive breakfast.
