Friendly attentive staff , great breakfast ,very accomodating to special requests

Changes to the main road and relocation of U-turn places turned what should have been a 5 minute taxi from Airport to 20 minutes

I always stay at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport on my last day on Bali because it’s very close to the airport (10/15 mins drive, also with GoJek Car). Staff is really nice and welcoming, they do anything to make their customers happy 😊. The room is nice and you can find everything you need (apart from hand soap). It’s also very clean.

The fact that they proved you with all the toiletries but not hand soap, I think that’s essential. They should also improve breakfast: give more options (especially sweet options), thinking of people who have food allergies and are vegan. Improve also the bread please.

Very welcoming hotel, excellent facilities. I requested a room on a high floor and this request was met. 24 hour security and front-desk, underground parking for the moped, very clean throughout. Thanks Shania, Winda, Astri and the whole team there for making my stay so pleasant! I visit Bali very often and will definitely stay here again.

Just a little out of the way if you're planning on spending a lot of time in Kuta region, definitely need a moped or taxis to get into Kuta. However, it's only a few minutes drive from the airport and ideally located if you're interested in exploring the southern part of Bali, which is where most of the best attractions are anyways. There were ants in the room, not a whole lot, but they did get into the bed one night and left me with a decent few itchy bites on my lower legs... not knocking the hotel for that, it is Bali - I've stayed in some of the most expensive and top resorts there over the years and they all have ants.

As this was an overnight stay after a very late night flight arrival, the close proximity to the airport was great. The supermarket 300m away was also good. The hotel arranged a well-priced transfer from the airport for me. The hotel is very well priced and the breakfast/pool area looked lovely (although I did not use the latter). The staff was lovely.

The room was dated (damaged furniture, fraying towels and bed linen) and it wasn’t the cleanest room (a couple of stains in the bed linen, a desk chair that was covered in grime). That said, the bathroom was clean and for the low price, I think the price <> quality is still great.

This is the 2nd time i stayed here and received a hand written note from the manager to welcome my return - thought thats a really lovely gesture. Staff at reception also acknowledged im a returned customer, was pleasantly surprised to get this kind of reception for the cheap price i paid. Also the staff obviously read my review from my first stay as they put me in a room further away from the area being renovated - i didnt hear any noise this time around and im super happy they adhressed my feedback. I love the cocktails from the restaurant downstairs. This is a perfect place to stay on your way home, being so close to theairport i dodnt have to worsy about traffic. I could relax by the pool with yummy food and cocktail to the very last minute.

Upon first entering the hotel, you might find it a bit eerie, as the lobby is dimly lit, somewhat dingy, and lacking in presentation. However, once you step into your room, you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's impeccably clean, boasts a cozy bed, and offers a refreshing shower – everything you need for a restful night's sleep. Do keep in mind that the hotel's proximity to the main road means it can get quite noisy, so packing some earplugs would be wise. The staff is transparent about additional charges, such as extra water, ensuring no unexpected surprises on your bill. Clara, in particular, has been attentive and accommodating throughout my stay.

The staff were amazing ! The restaurant attached to this hotel is superb, great cook and great service. Food was awesome. You dont have to go far. You can eat all your meals there. They go out of their way to cook according to my dietary needs.. The hotel is just about 10 min from Kuta town by taxi. I was about to book grabcar to go to to town and the staff were so helpful in informing me that its much cheaper to book Gocar and helped me to do it on their app.. very comfortable bed and clean room

The facilities need some upgrade. In my room, there was a smelly water coming out of the leakage just above the bathroom sink which was leaking onto the mirror wooden ledge. Was not able to put any toothbrush or soap there bc it was smelly.. Renovations going on so hopefully will be great in a few months time. I really like the place however the was a cemetery facing the back rooms . These rooms dont get the traffic noise and sleep is comfortable

Amazing location for the start or end of your trip as its really close to the airport! Great facilities, food and drinks at restaurant are great and best breakfast I've had on this budget! Price was great and the massage I had at the spa was next level! The staff were lovely and I had a fridge in my room which is a welcome bonus! Fast food place next door which is great, free traditional Balinese actitivities most mornings in the hotel lobby which is a lovely bonus! I was so happy with the place I booked it again for the last 3 days of my trip to leave my bags and go on day trips for yhe last bit of my journey! Super comfy large double bed, good shower, sealed room so no worries with mosquitos. Beautiful clean rooms and decor. Really good aircon so perfect if you're just arriving and need to aclimatise!

Spa availability was limited- aeems like they need more staff to not disappoint guests wanting to book treatments. Lots of noise of the busy roads outside and whistles from traffic conductors until around 11pm. Some of the staff don't speak very good English which is tough when you first arrive in the country! Can reccomend free translation apps which can help with any communication issues. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and lots of dirty plates were left around the pool attracting lots of bugs.

Modern, western style, business-class hotel. Arriving on a late night flight, I just wanted somewhere close to airport to get to sleep quickly. Very comfortable hotel. Not as close to airport as I expected.

Very comfortable for airport stopover. But because of the busy, slow traffic, it is Not actually that quick to the airport from this hotel. So leave plenty of time if going from here to catch your flight. The staff were very friendly, but Surprisingly they had no info about the departure point for the nearby ferry boats from sanur to the Nusa islands. Staff were friendly, but not able to help. I later discovered that there is brand new modern ferry terminal at Sanur port. A bit surprising that the hotel could not give me the address of the port/ferry terminal to help me book my taxi.

Staff were super nice and friendly, very chatty and even gave me a bracelet for safe travels for my flight home! 6 minutes from airport and great facilities, the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful! Loved the artwork in the room, and the bed was huge and super comfy! Got massage at the associated spa and oh my goodness, by far and away the best massage I have ever had, such great service and well-priced. Will stay here next time I'm in Bali.

Sink tap and shower head were a bit loose, but they were doing construction work on the floor I was staying on so that might be in the process of getting fixed anyway! Construction noise from 10am-5pm but I was out all these times so didn't worry me, seems like a short-term project anyway
