Stunning 5 Star Balinese-feel hotel positioned perfectly on the sands of Nusa Dua. Hotel Team: From the moment we checked in with the Porters & Front of House team, to the poolside service, the Restaurants & Bars, the Room Service, the Day Spa ladies, the housekeeping & the grounds staff we were always most warmly welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, requests were dealt with in an impressively speedy manner. A huge thank you and 10/10 to the whole team! It was an amazing feeling of welcome & service!! Location: Just perfect! On the Nusa Dua beachfront. Short 5 minute stroll to Bali Collection Shopping, less than a 5 minute drive to Bali National Golf Course. Nestled in between The Westin & The Melia Resorts. Surfboard, Paddleboard hire etc just a few minutes stroll along the beach path past The Melia Resort. Grounds: Impeccably maintained, just lovely. Lush & tropical Room Type: We booked a 4th Floor Pool view room. Coffee & Tea facilities, mini bar, tasteful premium feel decor. Housekeeping was so efficient. Amenities: Huge Day Spa with fabulous staff, recommend booking as soon as you arrive for visit as very popular. 7 pools, loads of sun bed options with comfortable lounger cushion. Plenty of sunbeds beachfront too (with full pool bar service available). The Ocean this side of Bali perfect for swimming, so clean and safe. Buffet Breakfast couldn’t be faulted, a wide choice of everything you’d expect at a 5 Star resort. Beachfront Restaurant was a Favourite for dinner, loved the acoustic trio smashing out the hits at night under the twinkling party lights & palm trees. HIGHLY recommend The Laguna for your Nusa Dua holiday, you won’t regret it

The hotel is perfect. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The pools are great. The beach is extremely clean. This hotel has the best beach and the ocean is suitable for swimming. We walked along the coast and to other luxury hotels, but we did not find a nicer hotel and a nicer beach than that of Laguna.

They were renovating one of the restaurants while we were there and it was a bit noisy at times. While we were there they started changing the membrane of one of the pools, but this was very happy for me because I found out that all the welds on the membrane are done with the best technique in the world. My company is a distributor of this same technique in a European country. In fact, everything in this hotel is done at a very high level.

The hotel is perfect—great location by a clean beach, delicious dining, and friendly and helpful staff. When I arrived, the staff told me the hotel was under reconstruction. I spend the nights in a reconstructed room, and the design is cozy and clean. I liked that.

What I did not like was the shower smell. There is some problem with the odor channel, or there is a fan missing in the ceiling.

The hotel was exceptional, we loved the lagoon access room and the private beach. The lay out and the numerous access points to the lagoons and swimming pools was fantastic. The staff were incredible and we could not have asked for more.

The spa is extremely overpriced and we found another very nice spa for half the price. We also had some noisy neighbors so we asked to move rooms and they moved us to a quieter part of the hotel. If I could give one bit of constructive feedback it would be to try and group families with families in the hotel and couples who want more privacy to be assigned to a different part.

I liked really everything. It's quite, its very clean, the area is great, many pools with sand and saltwater and waterfalls and ofc a private beach at the osean with sunbeds and services. Rooms were excellent, stuff were super friendly and the area is so big that even many tourists are not disturb each other. Many restaurants around and shops by walk.

It has nothing todo with the hotel, but the beach is not that nice like in Seychelles but all the beaches in Indonesia are the same. The ocean is not really for swimming, coz you have to walk 500 meters to go to the deep. And then the riff is starting and you need shoes for not step to the coral's.

Amazing property with great facilities! The staff were amazing, especially the house keeping and pool attendants, they provide complimentary ice creams in the day too. For our stay the hotel provided us with a Balinese blessing which was amazing. The sauna and steam room also great facilities.

The rooms were very small, we couldn’t even unpack our suitcases for a week stay! Also it did not come with a bath which for the price we would have expected. The food and drink are overpriced, although the service is great it comes at a premium and the spa is very expensive. Cheaper alternatives nearby.

loved the decor, our lagoon access too, tge garden surroundings, pools and the staff were fabulous . our room was windeful , our bed was perfect , luxurious bathroom. loved everything about staying here and would definitely return .

unfortunately for us maintenance was being carried out , so we didn’t get to enjoy full use of the usual hotel main pool , not the main beachfront restaurant. I fid suggest that sheer curtains were added to the lagoon access rooms as you do have other guests swimming by , the pool cleaner etc , so it would offer some privacy when exiting shower or dressing in your room etc (we had to close the block out curtains at times) I also felt a coffee plunger supplied , should come with coffee plunger ground coffee (a coffee perculator bag was supplied.

The resort's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every aspect of our stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. We had an amazing massage at the spa and were lucky enough to dine in the beachfront restaurant where they had a visiting chef from Bonito. Our room, the pools and the location were just perfect. it was my birthday during our stay and we came back to our room to find balloons, a birthday cake and a lovely birthday message. Outstanding place to stay. We are definitely coming back.

There is nothing not to like about this resort

Beautiful property, peaceful and clean. Staff were so friendly, always had a smile on their faces and couldn’t do enough for you. Food is more pricey than the usual Bali prices I was used to in Ubud but so tasty and worth every penny! Lots of pools which were well maintained and clean. By all the pools there’s a table with buzzer so you can call waiter to your table and order. At midday they usually pop round with a complimentary ice lolly which is kind of them. We did the Balinese hat making activity which was fun. The room we booked was a standard king bed room. It was lovely and it had speakers so we could plug in our phones and listen to. You can walk on to the beach from the hotel and this beach was peaceful and calm and nice. Nicest hotel we stayed in in Bali.

Evenings were quite quiet with not much entertainment. Melia next door and Westin always seemed to have lots going on in the evening, it would be nice if Laguna could have a little bit more

We stayed at Laguna as part of our honeymoon and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The Laguna is a very high quality, modern, clean and luxurious hotel. It is incredibly well maintained, and the staff is super friendly. Even though we were at the hotel in the middle of high season, during the day it didn’t feel too full, as there were enough deckchairs, space by the pool and availability in the restaurants in the evening. The resort has beautiful spacious rooms and wonderful features like salt as well as fresh water pools, a 24 hour gym and lovely restaurants (we particularly recommend Arwana). Overall our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The variety of food at breakfast was incredible and delicious. We also appreciated that breakfast was served until 11am, as most hotels we stayed at in Bali only served breakfast until 10am.

Breakfasts were very full and hectic. It often took a long time (20+ minutes) for our drinks to be served and the restaurant was loud and busy.
