It looks close on the map but takes about 20 min to get to the hotel with a taxi. Hotel was bare bones with no available restaurant or bar. A circle K was down the street but that was it. No frills

The hotel is new. The room are very clean. The hotel had a modern style. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great wifi - strong and easy to connect to. Attentive service. Fridge in the room. Hot water. I needed to print a couple of visas and they were happy to accommodate.

Shuttle service. They only pick up/drop off every two hours set on their schedule. I didn't know this at the time of booking. For an airport hotel, shuttle service should be every 30 minutes or every hour. They were vague about pickup when I landed at 1:20pm and wanted to be picked up by 2pm. Their set times were 1pm or 3pm. I asked if I needed to take a cab or if someone would be there and they told me if they were available, they’d come. Not what I wanted to hear after a day of travel and no phone service. They did end up picking me up but caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I also wanted to leave for the airport at 5:30am, but they wouldn’t schedule it for me since their set times were either 4am or 6am. Food was so-so. I don’t know if this is because the hotel was so new and not many people where there or if I ordered food too early, but I ordered the Nasi Goreng around 3:30pm and when it was delivered to my room, the chicken satay was cold, dry, and very hard. The chicken thigh was somewhat warm, but again dry and hard. I think they just warmed up old food. I didn’t eat much of it, so I ended up ordering a second meal of Soto Ayam. That was pretty good, just wish the soup serving size was a little larger (I don't need rice when there's noodles in the soup). I also ordered the banana fritter desert that was supposed to come with chocolate sauce. But oddly it came with some sort of syrup that was not chocolate. It was tasty enough though. No where to sit outside. No balcony options or outdoor lounge access. They don't serve alcohol. But the wait staff did say "no alcohol YET." Maybe they just don't have their liquor license yet? No English movie channels. Access to a channel like HBO or any movie channel would be great for an international airport hotel. After 3 weeks of travel, I was looking forward to a good meal, a glass of wine, and a movie or two in bed before my long flight home the next day. I didn’t get any of these.
