convenient to the airport. very nice staff. Good breakfast. very clean. a major plus for us was the money changer in the attached mall.

Nobody responded to emails about the airport pickup. We also tried calling once we were at the airport but no one answered. The transfer was free but we had no idea about the schedule or it’s location so we couldn’t use it. We paid for a Grab to the hotel but Swiss Belhotel doesn’t show up on the Grab options. So we ended up at the Swiss Belinn, which is nearby but far enough that we had to get another Grab to get there. On the way back to the airport the shuttle was free and very convenient.

Breakfast was excellent...apart from the coffee.. The room was good but the shower was just the best...tons of water...perfect temperature control...lots of room in there...dual head system...awesome after a long flight... Swimming pool was good for a few laps....had it to myself most days around 4pm...

Coffee was shocking...that watery weak bulk 1960,s style, mass catering coffee, just doesn't cut it in 2022...please invest in an espresso machine for the dining room.. No good having excellent food and terrible coffee...even many 3 star hotels have espresso option nowadays...

For pick up from airport there is shuttle every 30mn. You need to book with the driver. You got an sms 2 hours before you land. Do you have enough credit on your phone, is your phone roaming.... i was frustrated when i arrive but the hotel staff was very helpful. To go to the hotel from airport is complicated, many one way streets. From hotel to airport straight road.

the staff are friendly , the rooms are great , the beds are comfortable , the location is good not far from the airport and have a courtesy bus to take to the airport , the meals were delicious in the restaurant with plenty of variety , breakfast was awesome

no complaints , i like staying there but there was one of the bed light fixtures that was broken and 2 of the power outlets not working

Location that is close to the airport, free transport from and to the airport, clean spacious room, comfy bed, didn't try the breakfast but did order a room service and it was delicious.

That only given 1 key room which makes it annoying when you have to go out leaving your husband and baby in the room and you go out without key, and had to ask for help every time you need to go back to your room

Really close to the airport. Nice, clean, large and comfortable room. Provided crib for the baby was complete with pillows. Food at the restaurant was very good for dinner as well as breakfast. Transfer to the airport was good.

The breakfast was only until 10am. If you stay just a night for a connection flight and arrive late it’d be nice to have a little more time.

Very nice place and a great gym and pool. Was designed for a transit. The room was comfortable and great shower.

It's not the hotel's fault, but it takes a long time to get there from the airport even though it looks close on a map.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and last time I stayed I was able to get a later check out for free as my international flight was at 8pm but this time I was told I would need to pay £25, disappointing.

A very nice transit hotel. If need, I will go back there. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast very filling and yummy...just a bit complicated to find the shuttle bus, this should be improved but the rest was fantastic....recommending this Hotel to anyone on transit or on quarantine.

Nice swimming pool. Good range of food on offer at breakfast. Shuttle service from/to airport.

A bit further from the airport than I was expecting. But reasonably convenient thanks to the shuttle service.
