We used Zest for transit so we're there only 1-2 nights. I came with my family of 3 and we were really happy with the service. They had free bus shuttle every hour from hotel/airport so it was really handy also the driver was so helpful and friendly. The desk persons especially Dani was polite, helpful and friendly to us, the check in/out was so smooth. We booked queen room and it was clean, and they provide basic needs for us (water & glasses, toiletries, towels, AC, TV etc). We had nice rest in between our transit days. They have room service for foods if needed. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly reccomend for the transit hotel near airport!

After 9pm, it's hard to find foods nearby so I need to go out to buy street food. You can hear the noises from the hall quite clear, either from the people who were check in/out or janitors.

The hotel is located in a hub area near the airpot, it have several fast food chain that will make your transit time felt nicer, but do mind that all of them close at 9 pm. Room are small but good enough for short stay, what I like is how soft the bed is. I had a room with a view to the highway, which looks interesting. It have free shuttle transport every 1 hour for 24 hours. That should be a big plus for everyone.

a comfortable 1 night stay. The room is not too small. The breakfast offers more choices (soup, rice, veggies, meat, breads etc) and tasty. So we are quite happy with that.

I asked the hotel via booking messages about the shuttle timing and the exact location but they didn't respond, so we manage something else to go to the hotel. The airco in our room is not too cold, but luckily not too hot, so it is still acceptable. Too bad, the stores on the mall were 99% closed, only the pharmacy, starbucks and mini market were open.

Was a bit surprised that the lady at the front desk would not let me see a room before paying. Its on the highway so bit of noise and light but they have black out curtains. Some rooms face inward, hate them but mine didnt

Near the airport only approx 15 mins, free shuttle bus to the airport every hour and good communication with the driver, staff are nice and helpful, value for money.

Difficult to find foods nearby when you arrived quite late. Quite noisy from people come and go, you can hear from inside the bedroom clearly.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and everything was essential.

Wish there have a kettle in the room.

It served shuttle bus to pick and send you back from and to Soekarno Hatta Airport. Really nice service for those need to have overnight to catch for another flight on next day.

Swimming pool opens quite late in the morning and even after inquiry at official opening hours, door was still closed...

I took this hotel because it's close to the airport. They printed my check-in and bring me to the airport early in the morning for free. I didn't expecting this service and made me feel really confortable to solve this. Sometimes, small things like this are really apreciated. They follow a very good and strict protocol for Covid. Really good! Made me feel safe.

Nothing to say about it. Everything I need was covered. Maybe nothing interesting to see from the window. It is the only thing I can say from this nice place.

Room was very clean, the hot shower was the best. I love the free shuttle to the airport. it was a good stay for transit close to the airport.

The hotel was a little busy and noisy with groups, and I could hear people next door getting ready at very early in the morning.
