Hotel is close to the airport, we stayed one night. Room was quiet, and had all facilities as described. Breakfast was included, and so was free shuttle to the airport. Staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming. I see a lot of reviews from people complaining about rooms, facilities... especially with expectations re Accor group standards. True, the equipment is a bit spartan, and not brand new, but I would happily stay here again - 100% fulfilled my expectations.

Shower has a bit flimsy walls.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and I was allowed to check-in and have the room before the stated check-in time. There is a charged airport shuttle. I only wanted a place to rest between flights and for that I was a good value option.

It is an airport hotel, but it is a long circuitous journey to get there due to it being on a dual carriageway. It is a lot quicker getting back to the airport. The only way to the hotel is by taxi or the airport transfer bus.

Good hotel for the price we've payed. Good shower, takeaway breakfast available, there was free shuttle available to the airport.

The hotel is not as close to the aiport as we expected, we had to take a grab to get there (10/15 min) because the phone number that is on google doesn't work anymore so we could understand how the shuttle would work. There were ony shuttles to the airport every 2h. There were lots of mosquitos on the entrance of the hotel and a big line for check in. The breakfast was quite big, but not good.

Everyone there is super professional and we can feel they’re doing their job with passion. The place itself is great! Clean room, normal toilet and shower for non-indonesia persons and super organized. Breakfast was delicious and we can use the bus to the airport for free, which is super handy. Super recommend it.

It is exactly what you want if you need to stay somewhere a night before your flight. Clean room, big enough, good breakfast, nice staff speaking English and HUGE PLUS is airport shuttle for free :) totally recommended

The unit is 5 minutes by car from the airport, provides free transfer. The rooms are ok, clean, towel and hygiene products. Breakfast for a fee is rich and varied. I recommend!

Unfortunately, the sound insulation is not very good, so you hear everything from the corridor.

The Airport Shuttle was not clear and not easy to find when we arrived the airport. There is no hotel counter or personnel to direct us to take the shuttle to the hotel and cost us time to look for it but not quite successful to find it.

- Close proximity to the airport. - Free shuttle bus to airport. - Price/value ratio.

- Noisy AC unit outside the window. - Buttons on the lamps above the bed glow green all night, we had to switch off all power in the room by removing the card to get any sleep.

We had to last-minute go to a hotel as my wife got sick during a flight. The team at Ibis has been very welcoming and helpful during the days we stayed here to recover (both Ibis Budget & Styles helped). I'm thankful for the staff as you made it much easier in difficult times. Thank you!
