We stayed 3 separate nights between flights. It was good to be close to the airport and the shuttle to get to the airport worked great. I used the gym once and it was good. Room service was good.

Many of the rooms are adjoining rooms, so if there is someone staying in the room next door it can be quite loud. They need a better system of getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I was spending a lot of time on WhatsApp trying to get someone to respond, then they would send a photo of the pick up location, which often felt like finding a needle in a haystack.

Our experience at Ibis style Jakarta airport started poorly. We spend a lot of time trying to find the shuttle stop. At the end we gave up. We opt for a taxi that luckily cost less than 50000 IDR. But be careful of all the people who propose to you one. It's a kind of private taxi that they give to you at 200.000IDR negotiable to 120000 but still, better a public taxi. Going to the airport we didn't have any problems. However the shuttle thing has to be improved. The check-in was ok, the deluxe room are spacious and nice but on the highway side so they are noisy. We should have upgraded. However it is clean, even if it could be better. The restaurant at night is a bit miserable even if the food was decent. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed it. Overall we will recommend this ibis, the personnel was very helpful and friendly. But be aware that when you're there, there is nothing else around, you're stuck at the hotel.

The staff in bar / restaurant ) was very friendly shuttle every second hour to airport

swimming pool is closing much too early at 6PM why not 9PM it is enclosed in hotel Towels for swimming pool not so easaly available reception staff not all helpful ( depending whom was there-). eg when asking what is the cost to go to city one said you have to stop yourself a taxi and negociate !!! ( real price less than 200IDR in ). The hotel encourage me to take private car at IDR what we rejected to get a blue bird cab....

Just 15 minutes from the airport. If you arrive after their shuttle service ends, you will need to take a taxi from the airport which was 500k. The rooms and towels and common areas were very clean. There’s a bar on site, but it was only available for room service when we visited. good Wi-Fi throughout. The pool is under construction/renovation when we visited, but I’m sure it’s gonna be great.

Shuttle service could be better/more service, but there are taxis that wait outside that only charge about 150 K to go to the airport. taxi from the airport will run about 500 K

The close proximity to the international airport Jakarta, helpful members of staff, delicious breakfast and comfy room. It was also close to the COVID testing agency, which was superb.

The shuttle service is a bit erratic and less well organised. The info provided on the direct messages is tad misleading. You need to chase the driver up to get the ride by calling the hotel first. The car won't just pop in to the Gate 5 Terminal 3 if you don't phone them up. On top of that, the two phone numbers they have provided doesn't do any work and said that they're broken, you need to keep ringing till you get someone on the line, so it wasn't effortless. The local ibis Styles management should see this as a massive room for their management improvement.

I loved the room service. The dishes were extremely tasty.

The breakfast needs to be top up, many dishes were empty by the time it was 7 am. I understand that the property was busy and my room was not ready for my stay when I checked in so I requested another room which was arranged soon. Maybe better communication of the rooms released could be focused on.

Very close to the airport which is pretty handy if you have an early morning flight. it took me less than 10mins to reach Terminal 3 Jakarta Airport.

The gym closed at 7pm, I found it weird since most gym are at least open from 6am to 10pm. Some hotels even have it operates for 24hr. Hopefully the management can consider the opening time of the gym.

the ones that i like of this hotel is the staffs. from the front office to the restaurant staffs, there were amazing. the one at the restaurant offer me a drink and get a great nasi goreng at the hotel. it was really nice to have friendly staffs everywhere you go.

the journey from the airport was not good as it was really going around before reaching hotel. however from the hotel to airport it will take less than 10 minutes.

The location is convenient for a transit stay, just 5 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious, safe and comfortable for a budget hotel. Water pressure in the shower were very good too. Also provided with scheduled free airport shuttle, which is convenient.

Room lighting was a bit dark. Also warm white light bulb would make it cosier than a cool white bulb.

The staff was nice and there is a free shuttle organized to all of the airport Terminals. You have to tell the staff in advance which shuttle do you want to go on though, and not just show up. Also, make sure to know which terminal your flight leaves from.

The hotel isn't at the airport, nor is it a walking distance from it. You will most likely have to take a taxi to get to it.
