We really really liked the location (close to Ubud palace, Monkey forest, Campuhan ridge walk and there are many great restaurants in the street where is hotel), pools and greenery everywhere! The room was very big and clean.

It could be cheaper because rooms are outdated a bit. Bathroom was especially old. I would give 10/10 if the room was newer.

if you aren’t a heavy sleeper the wildlife may keep you awake but this wasn’t a problem for us!

Room was good, location excellent, pools wonderful. Staff very friendly. Cocktails by the pool was wonderful. View from infinity pool was outstanding.

Breakfast was not up to standard. Fruit juice made with syrup mix. Coffee machine not serviced so some selections not available. Pancakes served cold. Omelettes were very good but probably would not have breakfast there again. We would have preferred an upper floor room as the lower floor rooms lacked privacy.

The place as a whole make it good a place. It's not one thing specific. Bisma street has its own livelihood. Many restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy, massages and bars with live music. But it's a long street. If you can rent a bike it's perfect. You will be down in the main street in a few minutes.

It's far from the main street, if you don't have transport. With young kids is a bit challenging.

Great hotel. Comfortable, quiet and clean! We honestly didn't spend much time at the hotel because we were out exploring most of the days that we were there. About 15 minute walk to the main street. Good shops and restaurants on the street close to the hotel as well. Also within walking distance to the Monkey Forest.

We probably wouldn't stay here again just because the location was an uphill walk into town. We wished we were a little closer to the action and more of the restaurants, shops and things on the main street. But besides that, everything was great!

The resort's location made it easy to walk around Ubud with quick access to the Monkey Forest. The pool was so lovely after a hot day of walking Ubud, and the beautiful staff by the pool always made sure you had a cold drink and a delicious snack easily available. There were also tables and chairs so we could play a game of cards and relax each afternoon away.

It was hectic during our stay, but that was the Christmas and New Year period. It would have been perfect if, as a group, our rooms could have been together, but understand how busy it was, and we were slotted into where rooms were available.

The location was convenient because you could go most of the places on foot. It had a really nice pool that you could relax even the whole day. The rooms were spacious, which was extremely convenient since we had a lot of baggage, and the stuff was helpful enough.

The room wasn’t as clean it should be, down at the floor, there were ants in many places and a couple of times we found ants in our bedsheets too and other smaller insects. it had a poor lighting inside the room so when it was getting darker, this wasn’t convenient.

Spacious and minimalistic design of the rooms, exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds. Both of the pools were also very clean. Very kind restaurant and cleaning staff.

Very poor wifi. I normally wouldnt mind that, but I had to work during my stay and I asked them before my arrival, if the wifi connection is strong. They confirmed that, but unfortunately I had to call very often to the reception to fix it. Sometimes even multiple times, because they just didnt do anything about it. However this was just one thing. Overall it was a beautiful stay and I would definitely come back. :)

The rooms are big with comfortable bed. The surrounding is cozy with trees and plants around. The breakfast was good. The location is also ok with restaurants around the area. The staff were very helpful and great with 2 swimming pools.

It would be nice to have a hair dryer and disposable slippers in the room. The airconditioner was not cold enough but they immediately fixed them when we told them. There are a lot of stair steps so maybe not ok if you have older people with you but it was fine with us.
