The rooms are spectacular. Location is beautiful & staff extremely friendly and ready to assist with an amazing smile. Both the private & public pools

The only issue i had was the room gets in alot of light so you can’t sleep in if light bothers you. But it’s an exceptionally villa

We enjoyed our stay in Ubud. We liked the fact that the hotel was outside the main town, in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was easy to arrange excursions. Our room was very spacious and we had our own private pool and space to sit outside. We liked the fact there was a desk to work at. We ate dinner in the hotel for two evenings of our stay. We enjoyed the food and the view over the lite pool.

We didn't really like the fact that the shower area and toilet were all part of the room and would have preferred that they had been walled off. There wasn't enough hanging space for clothes. There was no wardrobe, just a rack dividing the bedroom from the shower. There was no drawer space at all to put underwear, shorts etc. It seemed to cater for guests just staying overnight. One of us was happy with the breakfast, as they ate a cooked traditional breakfast. The other did not like the other options and would have preferred a buffet style breakfast.

Amora was beautiful, we loved our stay. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back

We enjoyed the way the rooms and windows were set up to be woken with the sunrise. The spa was excellent and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a success. The location is on the ridge walk away from the crowds of the town, which was perfect for us.

This resort and the rooms are absolutely breathtaking and even better than the pictures!!! The view of the Forest Valley is something words can not describe, and the rooms are painfully clean and neat with housekeeping done twice a day. Room service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is heaven on earth, and if it wasn't for the building noises, we probably would have never left our room or the resort!

When visiting Amora you expect a very secluded and relaxed stay, but with the new walkway being built right under the resort, we woke up to building noises every day and had to endure this until 18:00 in the evening. Instead of spending time in our amazing room and at the resort restaurant and pool, we avoided being at the resort during working hours as much as we could. The spa was a big letdown as well as this faced the working area and was not serene or quiet for a relaxing spa treatment at all. We ended up going to Kastara down the road and had the best Balinese massage we have ever had!

Location was good. Easy access with a motorbike. Layout of the villa is beautiful. Interior and exterior of the villa is lovely. Size of the pool was decent. Pool was absolutely beautiful. Bathtub being outside is a great touch. Smiling faces of staff especially the room service delivery lady and her sweet demeanour is memorable. Absolute value for money. We would happily return to this place. Easy but a hot walk to Ubud center. Many cute , clean , friendly eateries -within 5 min walking -around all having wonderful local food and rice field views. This place delivered all we could ask for and even more

Huge open plan room. Outside bath tub with inside separate shower. Outdoor kitchen area with table and chairs lovely for just sitting having a coffee or breakfast which was brought to you. Another outdoor area with small pool and a double bean bag for sunbathing. Tea & coffee available. Comfortable bed. Bedside tables. No TV. Not a huge amount of storage or hanging space, however sufficient for a few nights stay which is about the right length of time. Very clean with daily change of towels, and nightly turn down.

Lots and lots of stairs. Handrails of which there were none are needed. The main pool also needs a handrail.

It was a magic stay, the villas are beautiful, and you can feel like you are the only person in the jungle. Staff was very nice and polite, the hotel restaurant was one of the best we were in Bali, the breakfast was delicious (it's a la carte and You can have it in Your room for free), the room was cleaned twice each day. It's in more quite area of Ubud, so You can avoid noisy traffic.

Reaching the city center on foot takes about 30 minutes and it is impossible to go there by night (it goes through the canyon with no lights), some things in room need renovation (for example the ceiling around the shower, the plaster is falling and once piece of plaster got into my eye), the bathroom is in the room with no separation, the toilet is like 1 meter next to the bed and is separated from the shower only with glass wall. Yoga classes were only twice a week

Everything! Service was incredible, warm, genuine & added so much value to our stay. The private villa was absolutely stunning and our own pool was such a treat. The restaurant is brilliant with some of the best staff & food we’ve experienced. The treatments and massages were amazing, with the bonus of an breathtaking view and the rose petal bath pure indulgence! The tours of Ubud we experienced including to the rice fields, zip lining, quad biking through the forest, water purification & temples were incredible. The team at Amora made it so easy to book these tours and provided awesome drivers & guides!
