The grounds, gardens, facilities, food and staff were amazing!

Our room pool was average and seemed unusable for us. The photos advertised when booking showed infinity pools that we were thought we were paying for. When we enquired about this we were told the infinity pools overlooking the jungle were much more expensive than what we paid or could justify paying. My criticism then is that the photos provided on this booking.com website were misleading. We weren’t even able or book the better infinity pool room or see the prices for them. Showing the images on the booking site made it look like we could or maybe had secured a pool with a jungle view. We didn’t use our room pool. It was small and seemed unusable for us. The main pool was much much nicer.

Le:’s begging by saying that Como probably offers the best cuisine in Ubud (the restaurant UMA cucina is highly rated: book in advance). Staff are super friendly and professional and striving to assist you during the stay (I.e. they offered a lot of activities for my kid during my SPA treatments, including rice fields walks and egg painting, and; baby sitting service is also available upon request). The yoga experience on the terrace was amazing, and massages superlatives.

The only weak point of the hotel is that the rooms do not offer any views, so if you’re looking for a stay ‘jungle - view’ you should pick a different property.

There was a glitch at the time of booking with our honeymoon stay, however Suteja the General Manager, really did his best to fix it and make sure our honeymoon stay at Como was perfect. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with a incredible view over the jungle, the staff were all extremely helpful and no request was too difficult for them. The food was delicious both at breakfast and the restaurants (the Italian was really good and part of the complex), and the spa was absolutely fantastic (coming from very frequent spa go-ers, the massages, facials and other relaxing treatments were really something else!). Would also heavily recommend the extras the hotel organises, we had a vintage car tour which was one of the most incredible experiences and was also very reasonably priced. Location of COMO is also really good as quiet enough to spend the whole day switched off but a close walk to nearby famous restaurants etc.

A tranquil hotel on the outskirts of Ubud, a little piece of heaven! Such friendly staff, wonderful rooms, great food by the pool and the Italian restaurant. Did some lovely excursions - a bike ride in nearby villages, and the vintage VW tour. All the staff were amazing - we met one couple who had been back 4 times, so couldn't fault it!

We had to have a de-humidifier running in our room as the air from the aircon made everything feel a little damp, but I think thats just the climate! We didnt use our plunge pool as it was very cold, and the little garden attracted mosquitoes, however it was lovely to look at from our room, and the main pool was lovely.

We loved Como Uma in Ubud - super lovely greeting and they were able to check us in an hour or two before which was appreciated. The facilities are beautiful, the pool area so lovely and calming (except when a loud family was by the pool screaming to each other!! Sigh. Not the hotels fault obviously!) Breakfast was served below the pool, you can pick as many things as you want and the service is quick and efficient. Food was delicious too! I did yoga - they offer daily yoga 4pm with a lovely instructor overlooking the lush green outlook. Recommend. Our room was divine, a pool suite, we had two day beds and a plunge pool with direct access from the bathroom/shower. So beautiful.

Service by the pool/bar could probably be better but I was so relaxed I didn't care - keep up the good work, I'd happily return here when in Ubud next!

We had a wonderful time staying at Como Uma Ubud. The villa is clean and what impressed us the most is the level of service they provided. All the staffs are super friendly and attentive. Our daughter had a blast participating in many different activities such as egg painting, balinese painting and dancing. We enjoyed the breakfast options and it was something that we looked forward every morning. Como Uma Ubud is simply one of our best Bali experiences. Thank you Pak Dwi and all his staffs for your impeccable service. We’ll come back for sure.

top-notch service, the location and the F&B selection

We are staying in Pool Villa and we love it! We stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived in the evening around 8 pm for Check in on the first day and they welcomed us very friendly. The Manager (Mrs) greeted us personally. We were surprised that the Duty Manager herself said hello to us. The welcome drink given upon arrival was amazing and refreshing. When we entered our villa, the sound of the water from the fish pond welcomed us already. The ambience was very peaceful and quiet. We loved everything about the Villa especially the bathroom and the amenities such as the body lotion, the hand soap were all very good smell. It came from great quality. They were quite generous in everything. One thing that surprised us was the Coffee Maker, Nespresso! We also really enjoyed our breakfast every morning in the restaurant. The food were all prettily garnished and it tasted very delicious. There was also koi fish pond in the restaurant so you can ask the waiter to give you the food for the fish. Everything was wonderful and lovely! We would like to come back again, for sure! Thank you COMO UMA UBUD! ♥️♥️

A fantastic hotel which ticks all the boxes - wonderful pool area, excellent service and warm, friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a private yoga session with Bodi which we would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time.

Room was a little small and a couple of additional hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. But I find this hotel very difficult to fault.

the location is superb, the facilities is top notch and very spacious bathroom. they upgrade our pool villa stay into villa type with pond. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast is basic and western option is so much better that asian version, but the italian restaurant at como is superb… very good food.

the pond have lots of small frog. while they are okay in itself but the sound they make at night is terrible, we have hard time sleeping on the first night due to the loud croaking… the staff catch them for us but apparently we underestimate the number of them since I think during our 3 days stay we catch around 15-18 of them

We stayed in the Ubud room with amazing view of the jungle - the room was spacious, clean and cozy. We loved the little details - the toileteries with amazing scent, night service, bamboo slippers and a welcome treat from the hotel. The food is exceptional, every meal was delicious. The hotel staff is just brilliant - they were so attentive, friendly and just such a pleasure to communicate with. I fell on the slippery road outside the hotel on the first day - the staff was so helpful, they drove us to the hospital and back and made sure that I was in safe hands. We also took a guided tour around Ubud organised by the hotel and were very pleased with it. I'd highly recommend COMO to everyone.

We came during rain season so there were quite a lot of bugs which is not surprising since the hotel is right in the middle of jungles. The hotel provided mosquito repellent sprays but we got bitten anyway - not their fault at all, just something to keep in mind when you come.
