Amazing location, friendly staff, great views offering a jungle experience and a very good breakfast.

The pool water color was very green, not very good mentained. The doors of the private villa we had could not be closed properly (we were a bit concerned about mosquitos/spiders or geckos that could have entered - that was not the case for us, but is good to know about this and manage your expectations).

Amazing pool and great stuff! We did 5 night with our 1,5 y old kid and everything was amazing. Be aware if you book a villa there are couple steps you have to do but we left our stroller at reception and it was no problem. The stuff will carry your Bagage all the way down, thank you for that! For breakfast you can select European (never tried) or Indonesian breakfast (rice or noodles) it comes with water, juice and fruits. Bad was big enough for us 3 to share and the mosquito net was the best we ever had. we spend our evenings at the balcony without mosquito spray and nothing happened, not one bite :-) Very big bathroom with closed. Only 5 min ride till Ubud palace, convenience store and restaurants nearby within 5 min walking distance. We absolutely recommend this place :-)

A but mold in the shower, but we didn’t care. Be aware of big ants in the bathroom but they just chilled there in the evening and I mean you are in the jungle, so ants are not that bad ;-)

The property had a wonderful location that wasn’t too close or too far from the Main Street in Ubud. Only a 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of town, whilst also feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere.

I was only at the hotel for 3 full days, but the main pool was closed during the entirety of my stay. It was specifically that pool that influenced my decision to stay at this particular property. Luckily there is a second smaller pool that was lovely. However I was left very disappointed by the main pool being out of use.

The hotel has a very good location. The food was very delicious (beyond expectation), where they have a mix of Indonesian and Western breakfast. The hotel is locatee in the middle of the forest, so it was so lovely to wake up to nature, yet have two infinity pools. The room was spacious and clean. Def recommended.

The only drawback is that there is no one at the reception at night, except for security who does not speak English.

Welcoming staff. Very clean and spacious room with terrace. 2 beautiful infinity pools set in stunning grounds. Easy walking distance to shops, lots of restaurants and The Sacred Monkey Forest. Lovely breakfast. Would definately recommend, great value for money.

Nothing we didn't like.

Location is perfect very near to center and near to many sightseeing spots in ubud We stayed in hut and it was great with air condition and wonderful balcony. Infinity pool is exceptional. We enjoyed our time there They also serve nice breakfast

Sometime we found insects inside our hut however this is normal since our hut was very close to forest

perfect pool and location, the staff is so friendly, we tried to go to the halas darum pools, but we realized that this hotel is the best in the world, so peaceful and beautiful, it made our vacation more beautiful. even if there are some small flaws, when you see the location and the peace, you forget everything.

The staff were very friendly and very good with ensuring we were well looked after the entire stay. The pool is the best pool I've ever been too and always so quiet. The rooms themselves were kept very clean and the views from our lodge were incredible. Definitely worth top stars for this place, would 100% be recommending.

Hair dryer took a while for your hair to dry and no ironing board but we could iron easily on a flat surface so it wasn't a problem

Easy walk to main areas of Ubud (Monkey Forest, Art Markets etc) Morning breakfast was a bit repetitive with limited options, but staff were attentive and kind throughout the entire stay.

We had some issues with the shower leaking water so our bathroom was a struggle to keep dry.
