very nice location, quiet and relaxing, yet close to restaurants and amenities. I do recommend renting a bike though to really enjoy the stay in the area. Spacious room with large terrace and comfy bed. Reliable wi-fi. Staff is very friendly and kind. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Ubud.

This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion. Breakfast was lovely, would have just liked to have a change in the kind of fruits instead of the same combo every day, maybe every other day swap the pineapple/watermelon/papaya combo for banana, dragon fruit and mango or whatever else is easy to get in Bali. And maybe leave the breakfast papers in the room for guests to fill, that way staff can pick-up the breakfast order for the next day when cleaning the room. Alternatively, you can give the paper to guests during breakfast so they can fill-in before they leave the breakfast table. This way your staff doesn't have to chase people everyday 😁

A little paradise tucked away!! Perfect if you want to be close to the centre but not in it as it's really hectic! Super quiet. Lots of great restaurants 5 min walk away. Short walk to monkey forest and you can even take "monkey forest shortcut" if you want to walk to the centre. You don't have to pay as it's not in monkey forest, it's around the outside. Staff super friendly and love that you can have breakfast just outside your room/ on balcony.

Nothing. I read some kind of bad reviews saying the ground floor properties were damp and had a bad smell and other things but we were on the ground floor and they had put a dehumidifier in there as well as air con. We kept the bathroom door closed and just let the moisture/steam escape through the small top windows. I also read that some people said they didn't serve fruit at breakfast. That IS an option now. So it looks like they take on board any comments those who stay have. A fantastic place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Flamboyant villa is in a quiet lane and only has 10 rooms. It was super quiet at night, yet it is very close to the main roads. There is no television, and most guests are doing yoga or working, so it isn't a party place, which is what I loved about it. It's a very calm and relaxing place to retreat to. I was working out of Ourpost for 2 weeks, and it was very close. It had a desk at the right height for working. The rooms were cleaned daily, and nothing was too much trouble. They also have a water urn for you to fill up your bottle each day, so you don't need to buy more and create more waste. Their english was good, and every question I asked, they found answers for. I will stay here again in the future.

The ground floor rooms have a walkway past them, so people can see into your room. Saying that, I never noticed anyone passing or looking (as only 10 rooms of possible people passing).

The stay was great. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. Villa is located in calm and beautiful district which is close to Ubud center (8 minutes with scooter) and very close to Monkey Forest. You will find some good restaurants there (one is japanese Kagemusha). Location is also good to skip Ubud traffic and to go sightseeing. All rooms are facing to garden and pool. Garden is small but very cozy. Breakfast is simple but really nice. Beds are a bit hard, but that seems pretty common in Bali.

Nice place in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Nice modern no nonsense room and very friendly staff.

Rooms are very different (for natural inevitable reasons) and The ground floor doesn’t allow much sunshine down and the possibility to get a view over the neighborhood is non existent. On the second floor with balcony it is a very different experience (I imagine).

Amazing location at a quiet and nice neighborhood near the center of Ubud, delicious and plentiful breakfast, kind and polite staff, and comfortable room and beds.

The room needs some painting in some areas. The terrace is not really private since it is on the ground floor, which gives access to other guests peeking in.

Location is absolutely amazing. Quite area within walk distance to Monkey forest and good cafes. Good breakfast. Staff is friendly and always assists if any need.

Rooms need some renovation. strong moldy smell, especially on the ground floor.

I loved everything about the property. Lots of light, huge balcony, great bathroom. The breakfast was nice as well.

The only downside is the bed which is super hard (it took us a few days to get used to it but the first few nights were horrible), and the Wi-Fi was not that great in the last 5 days of our stay.

Fantastic place, beautiful, clean and with a delicious breakfast. Good wifi for working. I extended my stay and for sure I will be back. Thanks Agus and the staff for your kindness 🙏

Everything perfect

Beautiful and clean rooms overlooking the lush garden and pool and very helpful staff. A short walk to lovely spas and restaurants near the Monkey Forest (Blend Cafe, Aloe Spa, Bali Bohemia...)
