The room was lovely the mattress was superb. The Pool setting was very nice. Nice and quiet and relaxing very private. The staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages we had very professional. I think maybe a little upgrade on decoration all round would be a bonus. Very good value for money.

Bathroom floor flooded each time we showered. Not enough bath mat to soak up the water. Shower head needed attention cleaned. Be good if we have had guest slippers for inside the room. Coffee cups were too small. More towels would have been good. The Pool was far too deep to stand up in. First impressions on the entrance and reception were not pleasing however, this did not spoil our stay.

Lighting inside the room can be better by giving a bright light. Also number of sockets for charging mobile/laptops etc can be increased.

Bar shuts at 10. The water fountain stays on all night making it very noisy.

Very pretty view over the fields. Generally quiet. Bed was comfortable. Air con worked exceptionally well and was a great relief from the humidity outside. Lots of nice restaurants with a short walking distance (we only ate breakfast at the property as I am unable to eat gluten).

We were up the back of the property which was great for not hearing street traffic, but there was a dog nearby that barked quite a lot (obviously outside of the control of the villa!). If you don’t like animals then be wary of staying here - our first night we saw a snake, there was also frogs and geckos (a gecko even pooed on me when I was lying in bed, so don’t forget to pull around the bed cover). We found most afternoons around 1-2pm the wifi started playing up, which did get annoying as we were working remotely. Take all of this as a heads up, this wouldn’t stop me from staying at this property again!

We had a pool villa with rice field view and it was spectacular. The pool was very big and the kids had a blast without worrying about disturbing other people. The food of the restaurant can be ordered via QR code and is then delivered to the villa, they even brought our breakfast to our room every morning at 7:30. the smoothie bowls were fantastic! This was so convenient as a family as we didn‘t have to ‚eat out‘ but stay in our own space. We also had massages there, again, just booked via whatsapp and walked 1 minute to the spa area above the reception. There is a fruit shop just across the road who sliced fruit for us to snack or sold bottles of fresh coconut water. I can only highly recommend. A laundry service is right next to it too. The staff was extremely nice, even when the kids did some kind of mess which we couldn‘t clesn up ourselves.

What's not to like about this beautiful place? I recently had surgery so didn't venture out TOO much in Ubud and often had dinner delivered to my room... The Salmon was amazing FYI! The room is stunning... Bed very comfortable... Bath was heaven and pool was the perfect size! The shower was also fabulous!

The scooter they rented me had a faulty light so I returned it. I didn't pick up another scooter from them until 2 days later however they charged me for the day I didn't have/ use the scooter. It was disappointing that they did that.

Rooms were excellent and well laid out for a family of 4. Supplies were good. Private pool was well maintained. Housekeeping services were good and well maintained. Location was good. reception was 24 hrs. there was a spa on site which was reasoanably good

Breakfast was a set breakfast. For a 4 day stay, it almost became monotonous and difficult to like. For an Indian visitor - the food taste was a bit different as it was prepared in a more American/continental way

We went on Honeymoon and stayed the last few nights at Suarti Boutique. This is such a beautiful place situated right next to the rice fields. The view was amazing from our private pool. Their food from their restaurant was exceptional and tasty. The cheff even came to say "hi". They also free transport that takes you to town. I accidentally over booked and they were able to fix the booking for me. Thanks Suarti Boutique for being amazing at what you do.

It was raining most of the time that we were there and the water from the shower and bath were a bit smelly. I guess the rain had something to do with it.

Facilities from room are quite dusty, immediately gt rashes after checking in. Rooms are not soundproof, hotel staffs talked and laughed loudly after 10pm right in front of our room (which was near to the reception), we have been telling the issue to the front desk on the next day morning but they seemed not understanding.
