Had an amazing stay with Sabana! My family and I were treated incredibly well and the facilities were spotless. Any questions we had were answered immediately and the staff went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend staying, you will no be disappointed. Breakfast was delicious!

We loved that the rooms were set around the pool courtyard and that there was a balcony with an adequately sized table for two to sit and relax—and also to have room service; you can choose to have your breakfast brought up to your balcony. The open courtyard also makes it very bright when it's sunny, and the ample plant decor brings life to the hotel's common compound. It's all very clean and tastefully furnished, with all basic amenities covered. It is actually located right off the main traffic road, but feels relatively nuisance-free (though one could hear some construction opposite the hotel, but not enough to bother us really). Additional things we liked: the complimentary kopi and kuih every afternoon in the pool lounge area, and the complimentary shuttle to anywhere you would like in central Ubud. It was very easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp, and they were always very prompt in their response. Would definitely come back if in Ubud!

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants but off the main road so very quiet. The bed was huge and really comfy. And the bathroom was also big and very clean, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I had a lovely breakfast every day and there was a wide range of both Western and Indonesian options. The street of the hotel felt very safe and the staff were incredibly helpful with helping me rent a scooter and giving me tips on places to visit. They also provide free bottled water every day. As a solo female traveller, this hotel was a perfect base and the WiFi was fast and reliable for working from the hotel room in the evenings. Also they have three very chilled cats you'll often see sleeping in the reception area!

The rooms were new and well decorated as was the entire hotel. Everything was kept incredibly clean and tidy. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed the included amenities and activities which included: a daily tea time, happy hour on the rooftop bar, an Indonesian cooking class and a craft class (where we learnt how to make the coconut leaf offering baskets). The hotel restaurant was the best we’ve experienced (it made it difficult to try out the other restaurants in Ubud!).

We thoroughly enjoyed starting our honeymoon in Sabana. The hotel itself is like a secret oasis, just off a busy road -it's perfect for relaxing. The room was extremely clean and roomy, we loved the bathtub and the balcony! The service is amazing! For us, it was the little touches that made our stay extra special like the honeymoon flowers, how the staff knew our names, the free tea time snacks and free transport to Ubud centre. These touches made us feel extra special during our stay! Special shout-out to Ade, who was very communicative via Instagram. She was so lovely during our visit and fulfilled my requests of storing our luggage and being on the top floor. If we ever go back to Bali, we would definitely book with Sabana again!

We loved that boutique hotel, everything from the location (off from the busy road) to the hospitality. From the minute you step to the hotel there is a feeling that you are the most valued guest. Staff always call you by the name, happy to assist with anything. Breakfast has a good assortments including eggs of your choice, selection of fresh fruits, fruit juice, delicious banana fritters, banana pancakes, coffee/tea. The onsite restaurant open from 7 am till 10 pm and food they offer is very tasty with reasonable price. Comfy bed, big shower with the good water flow, aircon positioned very well so it doesn't blow directly to you but keep room cool, good isolation between walls, we didn't hear a thing, I liked that hotel providing long sleeve shirts and sleepers. The hotel's location is great, its just around the corner from the main streets of city centre and we never felt unsafe walking at night. When staying in Ubud, highly recommend to go once to Bebek Bengil restaurant near Coco Supermarket for great duck and fabulous sitting arrangements. Overall, we had a beautiful stay at the hotel and definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Sabana Ubud for our 5th anniversary. Located an easy 15 minute walk away from the town centre and 30 minute walk away from the Monkey Forest and the Ubud Market. The team at Sabana Ubud are phenomenal, happy to assist with any need, lovely to talk with and happy to recommend local delicacies. We were greeted warmly whenever we arrived and left and the team were always willing to listen to us babble on about our activities. Sabana offers a free shuttle bus service to the centre as well as an amazingly fast laundry service (we would provide our laundry bag in the morning and it would be washed ironed and given back to us the in the evening). We were provided with bottles of water every day (there would always be 6 in the room after room service cleaned our rooms), the room also came with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts and bubble bath liquids. The pool was a lovely respite against the heat of the Bali sun and was surrounded by deck chairs. The restaurant serves delicious food including lobster and freshly prepared fruit juices, smoothies including young coconut. We have never experienced such amazing hospitality as we did at Sabana. We cannot fault it at all. It was an absolutely lovely stay nestled in lush greenery and a peaceful place immersed in sounds of nature and serenity. Bonus: they have 3 cute cats that roam the hotel freely, they don't mind if you stroke them as they are very friendly, just like their owners. Thank you for making our 5th anniversary something we will never forget!

My 6-night stay at Sabana Ubud Hotel was truly exceptional. The property was exceptionally clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff was remarkably kind and attentive, showing genuine care. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with efficient air conditioning. The breakfast offered a range of options, and they were accommodating when it came to specific requests. The hotel's location is just a short walk from the city center and dining options, and it's conveniently close to the famous monkey forest. The value for money was outstanding, and they even provided complimentary transfers to nearby areas in Ubud. I wholeheartedly recommend this place

What a fantastic hotel! The service is amazing and so personal, the staff know your name and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful, with thoughtful touches like the 'bedtime stories' left each night, plenty of complimentary water, snacks, and reasonably priced minibar. The bath was massive, the shower was powerful, the bed was comfortable and I loved the ambience of the mosquito net, even though we didn't really need it as we didn't have any mosquitoes in our room during our stay. The staff made the rooms up twice a day, including bringing more water and turning down our beds and mosquito net The breakfast was phenomenal, 3 courses with a choice for the hot portion, all served with freshly squeezed juice and tea or coffee. We had exotic fruit platters, banana fritters and a choice of eggs and bacon or nasi / mie goreng. All served by the friendly staff who went to great effort to confirm and make sure our orders were all correct. The detail in the service provided was just amazing. And there was no rush to attend early as breakfast went until 11, so on our lazy days we could relax and turn breakfast into brunch The pool area is lovely, it feels like swimming in a tropical lagoon because of the styling. And on the hot, humid days it was lovely to cool off. And of course when I forgot my towel, a staff member was there with one straight away There was afternoon tea each day with a lovely snack and tea and coffee, which was always welcomed after a day out exploring As for exploring, the hotel provide a complimentary shuttle to and from anywhere in Ubud which was perfect for us as I was traveling with my parents and my dad can't walk too far Overall, our stay was simply phenomenal. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I cannot think of a time where the warmth, hospitality and attention to detail was better.
