I have stayed in this hotel many many times and This is my favourite hotel in the world for a few reasons: 1 the staff..very friendly and helpful 2 it is an oasis in an otherwise very busy, sometimes chaotic Ubud, I love the busyness of the street but I also love walking into Greenfield and getting total peace! 3 the rooms are huge, like an apartment! They are traditionally decorated which gives the place character and are spotlessly clean. I had a room with a view of the rice fields and was so peaceful 4 I can’t decide which of the two pools are my favourite! One overlooks the rice fields and gets a lovely sunset and the other feels very private and secluded and both are surrounded by traditional decoration and reminders that you are in Bali! 5 it’s in an excellent location..short walking distance to the monkey forest, the yoga barn and lots of great restaurants and the hotel offers a shuttle if you don’t feel like walking or want to go a bit further 6 value for money!!! I can’t wait to go back!

a beautiful and quiet resort with a view on the monkey forest from one of the 2 swimming pool. Bliss! beautiful resort with new as well as older but arty rooms. very helpful stuff, always there to help. free shuttle into town so convenient. I was there for a week recovering from an accident and surgery, couldn’t have stayed in a better place.

you might experience the odd gekkos but simply because you are immersed in nature. the old rooms might benefit from upgrading but they are very unique in style. the new rooms are modern but less charming.

We had a very nice room: spacious, clean, good AC, comfortable bed, good wifi, and quiet. Most nice one of all: it was facing the rice fields and that was an amazing view to wake up with every morning and a nice view when you’re relaxing on your balcony. The room was far away enough from the street that leads to Ubud center and we didn’t hear the traffic at all. All we heard was the calming nature. Exactly what we wanted. Nice thing also was that there are mineral water refill stations at the lobby and the restaurant which you can use whenever you want, so you don’t always have to walk to a store for just some water. Besides it is more sustainable to refill your bottle. There are two pools, you can choose the one of your liking. The staff of the hotel are great: always smiling and willing to help. The make you feel really welcome. These people are worth a 10. The breakfast was really nice in my opinion: enough options to choose from, but also not too many that cause decision fatigue and make you end up wanting to stuff your face with everything they offer. Important was that it was very tasty and fresh. They also had an egg station where they make the eggs you want. the breakfast restaurant faces the pool, which faces the rice fields. Again, very nice! The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We found Ubud center a bit too busy. Our street leading to the city center also had a lot of traffic but not as crowded with people as in Ubud center. The hotel is surrounded with nice restaurants, coffee places, convenience stores and bigger supermarkets. Including smaller warungs and street food places where the other tourists don’t go to, where you only find locals and super low prices. The hotel offers an on demand free shuttle service to Ubud city center. Just ask in de lobby or WhatsApp them from one of the two pick up points. We came to Ubud because we wanted a nice and quiet place.

There is no tv in the room. For some people it’s a downside, but we don’t fly to an amazing island for 14 hours to watch tv. We didn’t miss one but maybe also because it was not one of our demands for a hotel in such a beautiful place. Some nights -not all-, noise comes from a roof top bar nearby. You will notice the sound when walking to your room, but we didn’t hear it at all in our bedroom, so no complaint there.

The setting of the hotel is so lovely - the individual buildings are spread amongst beautiful gardens that are well maintained. All of the staff were so friendly and happy to help. They even offered to provide a packed breakfast for us when we were doing an early morning hike. And the grounds were really peaceful. We never had any issue getting a lounger and towel by either pool. And we really didn't feel far out from the centre of Ubud. Only a couple minutes walk and you have many great restaurants to choose from. The entrance to the Monkey forest was just 10mins walk away. And the shuttle bus was on offer if you wanted to get to the other side of Ubud.

We were very, very happy with our stay at the hotel. The only criticism would be that the outdoor furniture in front of our apartment was not very comfortable for relaxing in. And when we contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus back from the centre of Ubud, we didn't get a response. But I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place for relaxing and to explore Ubud from.

could do with just a little TLC. tiles round the pool very dangerous when it rains all it needs is a pressure wash. patio furniture covers just need a wash. tiles in the bathroom need re grouting

Location is great. Just a short walk to most of ubud and they can drop you off in the town centre if you don't feel like walking as much. The staff were really friendly and the room we had was really comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet and was great. Would recommend.

Great location , handy to alot if good eating places, monkey forest, bars etc. The room and bathroom are very big, the facilities are great, the breakfast is fantastic abd there's a shuttle service that we used only when we arrived and they picked us up from central ubud which is a great service, but it runs often so that's an added bonus. We had s garden view that was nice but nothing compared to what the rice field views were like but we only stayed 2 nights and had been staying amongst the rice fields and stayed here due to location of a bar we wanted to go to to see a band that we love.

Fantastic room so big with a large lavish bathroom and cute outdoor area to enjoy the view of the rice fields! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great too we would stay here again next time we're in Ubud!

We loved this place. The staff were excellent, so nice, welcoming and happy to help with anything. Part of our buggy broke on the airplane and the gardener helped fix it. We loved the 2 large pools, buffet breakfast, rice paddy views, it was accessible walk from town and things around, spacious, green and really lovely. We wanted to stay longer but had already booked and paid for our next hotel. We missed this place when we got to the new hotel which was more expensive. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. Would definitely stay here again.

No complaints really. They could upkeep some of the tiles at the pool area a little. But otherwise was clean and was non slip, the vegetation had been cleaned off tiles unlike our other hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of steps and stairs which made bringing up the suitcases and other luggage(to the 2nd floor) a bit tiring.
