Excellent was location, staff, facilities and absolutely loved our garden view room. Front desk staff were exceptional. Very professional and efficient in meeting any enquiry or need. We absolutely adored your very well maintained swimming pools, poolside service and beautiful gardens. We stayed during Nypei and the hotel was wonderful in forewarning us about our responsibilities. The hotel staff provided excellent service during this time. We thank them for working for us on this important holy day. My friend and I will definitely be returning to your delightful hotel.

My only comment from a 70 year old woman’s perspective is I found walking the stairs a little difficult when getting to breakfast from our garden view room. I did notice a golf cart near the entrance. Having this available to use would be very helpful.

I stayed twice at the Artini Dijiwa hotel during my trip to Bali and I really enjoy it. While it’s really close to the center which allows you to walk to many places, it is such a preserved and quiet place. Surrounded by ricefield and by a nice garden, you can enjoy the beautiful Balinese nature all around you. The pool is very nice too. The rooms were confortables and quiet. The personal of the hotel was alway very kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ayuita who’s kindness and smile made our stay even better !

The only downside (which really wasn’t one for us) is that you have to walk a few stairs to get to the rooms area, which could be difficult for people with disabilities or difficulties to walk. Also, the fridge in the room is pretty noisy ! Appart from those tiny details, everything was great.

Beautiful, kind and welcoming staff - every time we saw someone we would be greeted with happy hello. Special mention to Kadek who was so kind and friendly to my mum and I and always greeted us with a big smile. The beds were comfy, room had a beautiful view and the pool was great! Very convenient central location in Ubud within walking distance to many restaurants, yoga, monkey forest and markets, yet still a peaceful oasis back from the street.

Nothing major! Fridge was a little noisy at night (but did not keep us awake). The walk through the hotel grounds to our room was quite steep but manageable unless you were mobility impaired, and steps only to the room - I enjoyed this but some might find it difficult.

We had an amazing time at the Artini Dijiwad in Ubud! The hotel is located in the centre of Ubud. Anyway, the hotel area is super quiet and spreads garden vibes. The two pools are surrounded by palm trees. The rooms are very well cleaned. Although, there are bold / black corners in the bathroom. This seems to be a common problem in Indonesia due to the harsh water. Especially the staff is SUPER friendly and extraordinary helpful. Everyone we talked to was so nice! We can’t remember all of the names. Noteworthy was Mrs. Kadeka and the lady who did our check-in (we think it was Mrs Asana).

We had a fantastic stay at the Artini Dijiwa Ubud. It would be hard to find a staff as exceptional as Ayuita, Arsana, and the rest of the team. Their dedication to ensuring every guest is well-cared for is truly remarkable. It happened to be my birthday during my time here and the entire Artini staff made the day very special through interactions with various people throughout the day and surprising me with thoughtful gestures in my room. The hotel location is excellent! You can easily access various restaurants, shops, the monkey sanctuary, and other attractions on foot, and transportation options like scooters and taxis are readily available when needed. Despite being in the center of Ubud, the hotel complex itself is very serene. The pools were a particular highlight for me, providing a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Bali.

The staff are fantastic - all very friendly and were quick to help with a couple of small issues with the room. Ayuita who works the front desk is terrific - always smiling and happy to help in order to make your stay better. Ary, who collected me from the airport, was always ready to have a friendly chat as well!

Not much. There are some steep inclines on the property and older folk might struggle depending on where your room is located. There was some serious burning off from the rice field directly behind the main pool on a couple of afternoons but I guess they can't really control that.

The hotel is quite close to the center of Ubud. It's not on the main street (rather crowded), but on a very quiet and beautiful landscape. There are 2 pools and having a floating breakfast was an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The room is rather big and the terrace had a nice view to the garden. The bed is large and comfortable.

The breakfast was not at the level we expected, with a rather limited offer. However, the Bali coffee was very tasty. We had a small inconvenience with a phone charger we could not find anymore after the second day of our stay. It was not to be found.

Wow, just wow. The gardens and pools are simply breathtaking! We got a room with rice paddy and pool view and honestly waking up to that deliciousness everyday was such a breath of fresh air! Rooms are clean and well-equipped with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! The location is amazing, so close to the main streets of Ubud, less than 15 minutes’ walk to the Monkey Forest but yet so peaceful and quiet as it’s down a lane away from the main road! And the STAFF - such wonderful people who couldn’t do enough for us, and were so polite and friendly. Every staff member will smile and greet you when you’re walking around the hotel and it makes you feel so welcome. Special thanks to Kadek on reception for being such a positive ray of sunshine even when it was raining in Ubud!

Sometimes it was loud in the early mornings, but I’m unsure if this was other guests or housekeeping.

The Artini Dijiwa Ubud is great place to stay We can surely say , this is the best hotel we had stayed in Indonesia The location is great The rooms are spacious They have a nice outdoor area Apart from these, what impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff there . They helped us plan out itineraries and activities in Ubud with care and interest. They made our stay great We have to surely mention that Dewi, Puspita and Tunik are some of the sweetest persons one can ever meet Thank you for making our stay memorable Will surely visit again

Beautiful landscape grounds. The property is built on sloped grounds and it might get a little tiring to walk back and forth, or even slippery in the rain, but we knew what we were getting into before we booked so no complaints here. Awesome infinity pool. It was a deciding factor when we booked, and it lived up to the pictures we saw online. Peaceful, quiet surroundings. Paddy fields were recently harvested but still a serene environment around the property. Helpful staff. Always friendly and ready to assist. WiFi worked fine throughout the property.
