This hotel has a variety of different types of accommodation to suit all tastes. We stayed in a one bedroom suite 2 adults and one 12 year old. Our daughter slept on the day bed which was very comfortable. The room was spacious 81 m square with a balcony more like an apartment. A beautiful bathroom and free standing bath. The room was also incredibly quiet and clean. We were also lucky to have monkey visitors jumping in the tree next to our balcony. This hotel is located in the centre close to everything. Many great restaurants nearby. When you walk into the hotel you are in a quiet oasis. It has two entrances which can cut your walking time down substantially. It has two pools and we enjoyed the one on the rooftop near by to our room. Above all the staff were incredible. Nothing too big and always smiling and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

That’s my favorite hotel in Ubud! You live in the jungle but without any I sects disturbing you. They have a special machine that releases smoke against insects. In villas there are anyway ants, but in Asia they are just everywhere. Staff is absolutely lovely! we had an issue with internet connection, so they double checked the speed, then they found a coworking not far from the hotel, checked the speed there and called us back! Also, they helped us out with our luggage that was heavy.

Such a pity that pool on the ground was under construction, but we enjoyed another one on rooftop. There is no wall between a toilet and a room, so you will become much closer with your friend or partner haha

Loved the room :) beautifully designed in wood with a lovely large deck overseeing a farm of vegetables. We love sitting there to relax and watch the farmers tend to their crops or listening to the sound of nature when the days are quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a nice spa tub facing the bathroom window. The location is walking distance to restaurants, boutiques and even Yoga Barn. Excellent customer service :) the staff are so kind, understanding and patient.

The chainsaw noise from nearby goes on for hours in a day sometimes. The location is on one of the busy streets of Ubud. So getting there by car can be slow.

We had the Villa 27 with private pool and outdoor bathroom and if you are not afraid of a few ants you will totally love the nature jungle sounds and overall experience. The location was great, close to plenty of great restaurants, in the middle of all that is going on. 5 mins by scooter to the palace. The staff is super nice and it is about the little things like calling you by your name every time they see you which made you feel special. Nice pool area for all guests as well and a second pool on the roof! Overall - totally worth it.

I liked everything! But for the sake of contructive feedback, the wifi was struggeling sometime and I missed a big mirror in the room. But that is absolutely no show stopper. Keep in mind that the Monkey Forest is nearby and monkeys came by twice, but if you dont leave food or other appealing things in the open you will even enjoy the mini zoo:)

We had a triple room, it was huge with a beautiful view and good mosquito nets over our bed and the single bed. The staff were lovely and the place was very clean and attended to. There's no breakfast in the price but this is ok as there are so many fantastic places to eat everywhere! V close to monkey forest and monkeys may visit (!), a bit further to the centre, grab a taxi in the heat. Very quiet for how central it is.

Our room smelled a bit damp. I think it's hard to air them properly as they are right by the rice paddies (which also helps keep them cool). It's quite a bit hotel so felt a bit more formal than some smaller places, but still lovely

Location, location, location! Just on the outskirts of major hussle, right next to Yoga Barn and lots of amazing restaurants. walking distance to markets. The vilas are beautiful and the grounds so nice to walk around with great views ofcrice field and entertaining ducks. Cannot fault the staff. Always happy and helpful.

The cheapest rooms can have plumbing problems but they have beautiful outlooks and extremely good value.

stunning, quiet hotel in the centre of Ubud. they have umbrellas for the rainy days, arrange you everything from massage, to transport and dinner reservation. you can see how much love has been put into this property- full of plants & nature, two pools, surrounded by rice fields. will def. recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodation in Ubud.

it’s not really a bad thing but you will have monkeys early morning strolling through the property/balcony.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with a private pool and the villa was just beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and its location is superb. Close to cafes, shops, and spa services. And the icing on the cake? It was their staff. They were absolutely brilliant. Very service-oriented, very friendly and sincere, very helpful. One of the best service personnel that we've met in our many travels. Special shout-out to Indra, Winda, Yulia, and Wira. Thanks for your impeccable service. You all made our stay so very special. And thanks also for sharing Balinese culture and practices with us especially since our visit coincided with Galungan. We will definitely come back when we visit Bali again.

Absolutely nothing.

Tegalsari is our usual home when in Ubud, been a regular guest since a long time. Recommended with the location right at the heart of Ubud when you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, spa, yoga barn and everything you need.. Love the pool so much, the staffs treat us like family.. The price is affordable, they are humble and treat all guests, local or foreigner, equally the same service quality and politeness. The hotel facilities are amazing for the price that we pay.

Unfortunately the electricity was down for few times during our stay in our room.

The first room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. We liked it here so much as the location is amazing for exploring ubud but the room available was a slight downgrade, it was still a lovely room and very clean. The room service and minibar charges are so cheap, even compared to around the hotel, which was really nice to not feel ripped off on those extra little luxuries. The food is great and highly recommended as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as well, they have their own driver who if available can help drop you off at certain spots around ubud.

2nd room the bathroom didn’t have a fan and there was a very small smell of damp in the bathroom because there’s no fan.
