Great room, comfy bed, lots of hot water. Very, very good value for money - certainly at the rate offered to myself at short notice as I needed to stay overnight close to Ballina for work. Very pleasant staff at reception and at breakfast.

There were no eggs for breakfast when I was eating (but porridge was nice and hot). I was told set breakfast time was told 7.30, but lots of people already there much earlier - which seemed to stress the staff a bit. Bathroom door slammed into toilet when opened. I was not able to put bar food tab on room number - this was refused by bar staff after the meal, despite being it being suggested by reception staff earlier.

Very accommodating , from receptionists to waitresses and housekeeping, all exceptional and professional and courteous ,a very enjoyable stay, and will certainly be back ,looking forward to seeing you again .

Staff were lovely. Room was gorgeous. Modern hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Food and cocktails were delicious in the bar. Breakfast was great the next morning with loads of variety. Very well priced on booking.com. Close to Main Street on Enniscrone and the beach. Came with my boyfriend but seemed to be a great hotel for kids also.

Had tried contacting the hotel reception through phone call and email but did not get through. I understand it can be very busy and hard to get back to everyone, so no issues.

Beautiful find! So impressed with the hotel, the amount of natural light and extremely helpful staff made our stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. Enniscrone is also a gem of a place, can't wait to visit it again during the summer

Nothing we didn't like... only suggestion we'd made would be to have a shuttle bus going in and out of enniscrone just so nobody has to walk in heels or the rain. There is a local taxi man (Gerry who was lovely) but a shuttle bus service would be the icing on the cake!

Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The rooms were really beautiful and the breakfast was exception. It was perfect for families. We have a 2 year old and he loved the hotel playground.

The room was a little warm. I didn't see any temperature control in our room. The radiator was off so I opened the windows and it was a nice temperature within a few minutes. Overall my biggest regret was not booking for two nights. I will definitely be back again.

The hotel was on the outskirts of Enniscrone in a beautiful location with a large beach close by.When you walk into the hotel you cannot fail to be impressed by the reception area.The receptionist made us feel so welcome.The main bar and restaurant where just of the reception area and like the rest of the hotel was very clean and inviting.Our bedroom was quite modern and again very clean. infacted we had been upgraded to a suite

We had a brilliant stay, our room was lovely, very clean, comfortable spacious and was cleaned and bed dressed daily during our stay. The food was superb both breakfast and evening meals, The staff in the breakfast room were lovely and helpful and the lady who greeted us every morning was welcoming and always had a smile and a chat for everyone. The bar staff were friendly, chatty and good humored. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great big room with plenty of space, we had a family room for 2 people so it was good to spread out. Restaurant onsite was very nice. Staff on check in were very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning provided plenty of options.

When I booked the date got changed to the following night so had to find another property for the night as no refund through Booking.com. Staff were not helpful with this error.
