The breakfast was exceptional - delicious and appealingly plated. We had a traditional Irish Breakfast and scrambled eggs covered with Irish Smoked Salmon. Fiona also provided fresh fruit, breads, cheese, yogurts, and juice in abundance for self service. She brought out a French-mill with fresh coffee and a pot of fresh tea to accompany the meal. The ambiance was very relaxing with tasteful artwork and decorations that added a nice touch. We also enjoyed the solitude of the location - no traffic noises like we are awakening to in Waterford at a very expensive hotel. Fiona is very personable and we enjoyed her review of our 12-day plan for touring Ireland by car - she provided some helpful feedback to manage our expectations on plans for a couple day’s .
All was perfect for our first night in Ireland.

Fiona is an exceptional hostess! Since I was traveling by buses & trains on my visit to Ireland, I tried to choose lodging close to each town's city center. Wicklow is a smaller town than I had imagined, and Glen na Smole was a little more than a mile or so out of town. Fiona not only picked me up from the bus stop the day I arrived, she drove me back into town for dinner that evening. She even arranged for me to have dinner at a very good restaurant! I then took a taxi back to the B&B for the night. After a delicious breakfast in the cozy, sunny breakfast room, Fiona AGAIN drove me back to the bus stop in town and I went happily on to Dublin for the remaining few days of my trip. I would like to add that I am celebrating my 85th birthday in 18 days, and I was using a cane to steady myself on this trip to attend my niece's wedding, apprehensively, I must add, but I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the Irish people who assisted me getting on and off of busses & train attendants who directed me to the right car where I had booked a ticket. This trip confirmed for me that there are far more good, caring people in our world than those who are not. THANK YOU, FIONA!
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful B&B, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The place itself is charming, clean, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. What truly sets this B&B apart, however, is the host. She is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay.

The room was big and had everything you'd want, even hot water bottles. The breakfast was excellent and the box of little treats in the room was a lovely touch.
The parking is a bit limited and the sound travels a bit in the house, but it's pretty mild compared to some hotels I've stayed in.

Quiet, welcoming home with Fiona our lovely, hospitable hostess. Toured the Historic Wicklow Gail (recommended), traveled 1/2 hr to walk the Glen da Lough area, bonus: found God’s Cottage ( small shop with quiet prayer room) Beautiful area!
Nothing, however, if you are a larger person, be sure to ask for a larger bath. It was fine for us.

Breakfast was amazing, such a choice, more like you would get at a good hotel. We are 4 ladies on motorcycles and the owner dropped us into Wicklow both evenings without being asked. A taxi was 7 or 8 euros for the 4 of us , depending which driver lol.
All was good !!

Fiona was super welcoming/accommodating and friendly. We stayed here for 1 night as we attended a wedding in tinnakilly house. Fiona offered us lifts to/from the venue and gave us tips about taxis/getting to and from there. For the price it was unbelievable accommodation (big room) and a really good breakfast the next day. Would highly recommend here!

Great property with the location just 5 min drive from centre of Wicklow Outstanding breakfast. Wonderful options provided within the room.
The only waste bin was in the toilet. (Yep, that's it, clutching at straws, really wasn't anything not to like.)

Gorgeous little BNB, very pleasant host, and the breakfast spread was so pretty and thoughtful with a lot of options. Amazing value for money, would definitely stay there again. Lovely touch having carbonated water along with tea and coffee options in the room!
