The location is superb. The staff is friendly and professional. The garden suite was excellent. Nice breakfast at cafe "Mandarin" just off the hotel. The hotel is located in a 100 years restored Templar building. Very pleasant stay overall.

When reserving the room well in advance I was assured that spa can be reserved later. When trying to reserve spa four days before check in, I was refused. There was no preference for spa services for the hotel guests. I find this weird. The room could be cleaner.

The hotel is very stylish, everything looks new. The hotel is located near a zoo and surrounded by lots of greenery, which creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There is a good coffee machine, cookies, and pastries available all day in the lobby. There is also a coffee machine in the room. I really enjoyed the hotel's breakfast, which was organized at an Italian café across the street. I think it's a great idea. There is a Russian-speaking administrator.

The hotel is located quite high, which was not a problem for me since I am in good physical shape. However, I believe that for some people it might be rather difficult to walk to the beach on foot.

Comfortable room, although shower was slow draining and did flood the bathroom. Friendly reception. Secure parking garage (40 NIS per day, controlled by smartphone app). Free coffee, juice and biscuits at reception, and bottled water in the room. Good location: handy to Baha’i gardens and a short walk to cafes and shops. Park right outside and bus stop across the street. When we stayed there was a street food van at the bus stop, still open when we came home late at night. Didn’t visit the spa, only thing that could be improved is a swimming pool.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. I’m visiting from Australia and changing location in Israel on a daily basis. Shame we could only stay for one night. Next time in Haifa there is no doubt in my mind this is the place to stay. I don’t need to do my research anymore. This is my choice!!! The service is impeccable. The style of decoration is very tasteful. There is nothing I didn’t like.

The fact that I could only stay one night and not longer. I didn’t have time to enjoy the spa.

Very nice location, facilities, room, shower

I didn't notice that the breakfast is not at the hotel. The pictures are deceiving. Why would you pay for breakfast if you can go to any cafe you like and eat whatever you like? It's a voucher for an ok cafe 10 minutes walk away.

The room was big and very clean. There was coffee and apples for free. Free parking in an very convenient garage. The hotel was quiet. The location on top of the Kamel was easy to find anD superb. There was a nice jacuzzi and a comfortable terrace. All the interesting points like Baha’i Garden and Downtown are nearby. You can reach the German Colony in 20 minutes by foot. Best part was the extremely friendly, kind and funny Taya from the reception. She was perfect and helped whenever help was needed. Thank u Taya . We will definitely come back.

Nothing. Everything was better than expected. Perfect stay.

4 nights at high season. Classique room. Rooms are nicely furnished, everything is spotlessly clean and works. I suggest avoiding the x01 rooms on each floor which are "safe rooms", with smaller window and slightly less floorspace. Staff was friendly, and the outside seating area is great to eat take away or just to soak up the breeze. Great location for scenic walks or shopping/eating in the Central Carmel area 150m away. Plenty of undergound parking for guests accessible 24*7. High quality bedding.

Desk is not 24 hrs, although there is a number to call.

Comfortable, very large room. Liked having coffee on tap both in the room as well as in the foyer.

We especially looked for a hotel with breakfast. When we checked in we were told that breakfast wasn't onsite and that the voucher for the coffee shop wasn't such a good place! We also noted that the particular coffee shop was a car ride away! Quite disappointing! Also - 2 pillows for each person - the one was huge and uncomfortable and the other was so thin that it hardly counted as a pillow.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Some of the staff members were very helpful and kind while others were a little apathetic. The only thing that was disappointing was breakfast - the two options of cafes in the area did not meet the standards of the hotel in terms of quality, generosity, cleanliness and comfort. Between the two, its worth mentioning that the nicer cafe was the closer one, which was charming and much more inviting than "Mandarin Cafe". A breakfast on the premises would have been preferred.

Beautiful building, coffee tea and cookies available at the lobby. Loved the jacuzzi in the patio.

We were three guests in the room, so another single bed was open and ready but the rest was made for two guests, missing set of towels and no third slippers. Also, we asked to book 2 messages and there was no staff available. The receptionist didn't update us so we rushed back to the hotel thinking we had a scheduled appointment.
