The modern style, the bed and pillow

At breakfast there was no kind of hams (ok, no pork but there are other types, too). The managing of the air conditioning system was tricky, not so sensitive.

The location is perfect! I think it is located just nicely away from all the buzz but near enough to the action if we choose to go and soak in the summer days. The view from the hotel is awesome!

I think the wifi connection could be improved. I suggest that the wifi connection should be made more secure. This is useful for those who are there for business as we may need a more secure connection to complete some transactions. It will really be great if the wifi facilities can be upgraded!

your staff was really good. They were helpful and resurseful

The first night when we checked in, the receptionist was very rude. There was a mixup with the rooms and charges. When we tried to explain the mix up, she said "it does'nt matter, I am here up to midnight so I have all the time." She could not careless how tired we were after travelling all day ans played very rude as if we below her Rest of the staff were great and very helpful.

i spent 5 nights at bay view hotel and the stay there was more than satisfied the room was big enough, the bed was very confirable, they clean the room every day and changed the towels, i recieved a very big help from Daniel and want to thank him again and again i'll recomand the hotel to all my friends who'll want to visit Haifa not to ignore the mesmerizing view from all the rooms!!!

The staff was wonderful, and the view of Haifa was amazing. There's a coffee shop or bar at the lobby, not open on Saturdays. They do nice things for holidays. There's parking in the hotel. Many places nearby to eat. Will come back

There's no pool or even a tanning area. So, you can never enjoy the sun. If you buy breakfast, it's expensive. Limited channels on the TV. There is no coffee machine in the room.

They accommodated us with an early check-in. Comfortable 14:00 check-out on Saturday. Great view from rooms. Modern bathroom and shower. Nice size and comfortable rooms. Naturally lit and nice ambiance in lobby with view to bay. Family and Shabbat friendly. Staff: polite and accommodating. Nice Shabbat Dinner with lots of good food selection. Good value 4 star hotel.

Shabbat breakfast was decent, but not as full selection as one would find at most Israeli 4 star hotels (Maybe due to it being Shabbat), overall OK but slimmer pickings for breakfast. No espresso coffee machine (probably due to Shabbat) and the available peculated coffee was a little weak.

Very good service and friendly staff everywhere, at the reception, restaurant, room cleaning etc. The cleaning personal was also very attentive and replace the remote control without even asking for it. The breakfast offer was very good and rich. The reception staff was very helpful and polite.

The location of this hotel is excellent to visit the main tourist sights of Haifa, close to a promenade with beautiful views of its bay. The Bahai Gardens upper balcony and the upper stop of the Carmelit - Haifa's underground funicular which allows a direct connection with downtown -, are nearby. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The views from the restaurant and common areas are marvelous, both during the day and at night. The restaurant is a self service with an ample choice of tasty, fresh, kosher foods, many of them also adequate for vegetarians and vegans. In the lobby there are several computers for the clients, as well as free cold juices and water. There is a shabbat elevator and a synagogue. The public areas of the hotel are clean and well kept. The rooms have fantastic views; they are large, very clean, with comfortable beds, a large wardrobe, a minibar, a kettle and a writing desk. The lamps close to the bed allow reading in bed, although they could be better designed for that purpose; the rest of the electrical appliances are fine. The bathroom is large enough and interestingly designed: it is separated from the bedroom by a glass, thus allowing a visual connection between them, but can become visually independent by lowering a blind if some privacy is wanted. The staff is professional, polite and kind, always trying its best to help with any issue the clients may have.

The lights at both sides of the bed could have a better design to allow reading in bed. If the hotel had a swimming pool it would be most pleasant, as Haifa beaches are quite far away and not easy to reach with public transportation.

Haifa BayView is a neat hotel located in the very center of Haifa, close to lots of travel sites in the city just a 300 meter walk to the Baha'i Gardens top point of view. Has a lovely Haifa + sea view from most or all rooms. Very clean hotel & rooms. Stuff were super nice & helpful and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet, and free Parking in the spot which is not obvious nor easy to find in the center of Haifa 😅 A great plus 👍

Great view, however one should know hotel is located far from the sea-shore and main city attractions. Generous and tasty breakfast definitely a plus, view from the room breathtaking.

Poor check-in experience, rather unfriendly staff, as if we were someone's punishment. Check-out much better. Room was bit small, but ok for one or two nights, when most of the time spent outside.
