Great breakfast, excellent location, comfortable room, and amazing view. Would definitely come back!

The pool was closed, and some of the floors were under construction, which made a lot of noise. In addition, due to the construction, the restaurant entryway was chaotic and had unpleasant smell

Came with my autistic daughter as a birthday treat. She jumps and makes strange noises, but the staff made us feel very welcome. No one gave her strange looks or made us feel out of place. When she misplaced her phone EVERYONE helped look for it. The staff are beyond amazing!! And the refurbishments look nice too.

When we came, the pool was being refurbished so we had to go to a different pool that is not indoors or heated. Also, to walk to the beach took slightly longer because the quicker exit is also on a floor being refurbished.

I was surprised with the size of the room. There were three of us - a couple and a friend. And the room consisted of the bedroom and living room with a big couch. Also I liked a modern interior and nice view from the room.

Our room wasn't ready for the third guest. And also we didn't have slippers, robes. But we asked and received all with small but pleasant compliment from the facility.

I really liked the breakfast, as there was some kind of variety, everything was tasty and satisfying, cleanliness in the room, sea view from the window, helpful staff, good location, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, the beach, and also relatively close to the bus station, railway station and Azrieli mall , will definitely come back to this wonderful hotel

this is not a minus, but rather a wish that the bar is open not only until 11 pm and you can drink a soft drink

The room was excellent, top view, super clean, and a fantastic breakfast. Doron at the reception was lovely and friendly. The beach is 2 mins walk, a great location. My son and I loved it!!!

There was a problem with elevator A. It didn't come and didn't show any indication that it worked, But the lovely manager explained they would check what the issue was. Other than that, It Was An amazing stay!!!

This hotel was very well located close to the beach. Breakfast was impressive and included a barista to fresh coffee. Sea view room had been recently refurbished and was modern airy and comfortable. Joshua on reception went out of his ay to ensure that you experienced the best stay possible.

Limited breakfast on Saturday.

The hotel has a great location on Carmel Beach. The room we had - a Deluxe Suite had wonderful views. Good water pressure in the shower. Very nice & large breakfast buffet

Food was very good, the room and the hotel generally was clean, we got everything we needed and all were very kind and pleasant.

The only thing I can find is that it was a little bit old (although well maintained), but I must mention in the same sentence that it's already in a maintenance phase and some of the top floors are already new.

The friendly, helpful staff made up for the slightly dated decor of the hotel. I appreciated the business center. The location can’t be beaten. The breakfast was lovely. It

Parking was a bit tricky, not speaking Hebrew. I’m sure I overpaid a couple of times, so I didn't have to bother calling the front desk. Also, not speaking or reading Hebrew, the actual parking lot was hard to find when I first checked in.

we didn't get a baby crib as booked. reception called a few days before to confirm and then again baby crib was confirmed. but when arrived there was no crib. called the reception who said it would be fixed. came back late in the evening with a tired baby, but still no crib. another thing was that we specifically asked to have our sheets changed as they got dirty, but instead the cleaning staff made the bed with the same dirty sheet
