THE SHOPS AREN'T OPEN 24/7 AND THE PRICE OF EVERTHING HERE IN THE HOLY LAND IS NOT CHEAP AND SO GET READY TO PAY MORE THAN WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO PAY HERE IN ASIA. HOWEVER, THE STAY HERE IN THE 'EDEN HOTEL' IN ISRAEL IS TRULY PRICELESS.

Elegant small hotel and quite centrally located. Very helpful person at the counter (I would like to say Dina but am not sure of his name). Comfortable room.

That they blocked payment of three days on my card and then made me pay the same amount when I arrived at the hotel. If they wanted to verify my card they could have done it with a smaller amount like other places in Israel did. Totally unnecessary.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, but I will definitely come back here again. This hotel is very well located. It`s located in the very center of Haifa. Near the hotel there is everything you need: transport, shops, market and restaurants. The view from my room overlooked the Bahai Gardens. Especially in the evening it was very beautiful. The hotel has everything you need for any group of travelers: kettle, microwave, air conditioning and international channels on TV. I arrived in a rented car and was able to put it in the free closed parking of the hotel! Special thanks to the attentive staff of the hotel. Dmitry (Dima) was very attentive and friendly. Everything was great, thanks!

Laundry service is expensive. Everything else was great !

The rather small and cozy hotel is located in a building of the local Bauhaus style in sandstone, 20 or so minutes walking distance from downtown. In the public areas, you find abundant references to its history. It’s special to know that you’re staying at the same place then Ben-Gurion once upon a time. Not every hotel has this kind of heritage. Yet the hotel is modern in the functionality of the rooms, the decoration of the public areas and some of its amenities (I especially like the areas where you can sit, e.g. the balcony, and the fact that you can order an espresso at any time). The rooms are basic, but you have everything you need and everything is clean. You feel comfortable. Wi-Fi works well. The breakfast offered at a nearby. Coffee shop is plentiful and tasty. the staff overall were very kind and helpful. I had a homey feeling right away The hotel is very lucky to have them.

Not much really. You just have to bear in mind that the accommodation is somewhat basic and that prices for this level of comfort are somewhat higher in Israel than elsewhere.

It was a quaint, simple and funky hotel in a an area that had quick access to many different parts of Haifa. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.

It's not a 'luxury hotel' but rather a well priced, clean, comfortable place to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eden hotel while visiting Haifa. On checking in the staff member was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful historic building and we enjoyed learning of its history, as well as lovely to hear it has been run by 3 family generations. The hosts made sure we were happy and comfortable with our stay and provided us with coffee free of charge in the morning 🙏😊

The location is good, the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast offered (at a coffeeshop near by) is very nice and rich.

The room was very small and the furniture outdated. But it was ok for a short stay. They don’t have a luggage room, the staff instructed me to leave the bag in the kitchen somewhere (that was open to everyone in the hotel). They also told me that the hotel won’t grant that nothing will happen to it, which was a bit odd…

The room was very nice, good size, very clean and with a Jacuzzi in the washroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the Hadar District with stores very close and a bus stop just a few doors down the street. There was a limited amount of free parking on site. Our room had a private balcony.

The beds were not very comfortable. To my taste, too hard.
