The hotel has a great location, between a lot of main Tel Aviv places, with a great value for money. In our first stay, we received a room which was located close to the stairs, and caused some noise problems for us. After our stay, I was a bit disappointed with the room’s location, and after a few days the hotel manager called me, suggesting a night in the suite room for a really good price, to fix the unpleasant stay we had. We decided to give it another try and weren’t disappointed! The room exceeded our expectations and was really comfortable, pleasant, quiet and the private rooftop with the jacuzzi was a very nice addition. This hotel has a very very good value for price, and the staff of the hotel is very nice and kind, which, for me, makes the perfect stay.

Hotel managers at Ness are so helpful even before I get there. They are good and fast about replying to my message through Booking.com. When I find out that I had trouble using my Amex for payment during the check in, a manager helped me to cancel my booking on app and to book new one on app so that I had an option for paying at the time of booking on line. Due to the last minute booking, my hotel rate was cheaper than my original booking price, he was cool about the price difference, too. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the sand beach, going through a luxurious hotel’s side walk. The area is very safe and convenient with lots of beach side cafe and lounge.

I have Zero complaints and I have not had a chance to compare other hotels either.

As a small boutique hotel, it had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Additionally, they shared room pictures upon my request, which was greatly appreciated. Great location , very close to the beach . Room service upon request, which was very convenient. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a kettle and coffee.

Bathroom, wardrobe, and walls could use some cosmetic upgrades. Tel Aviv is currently undergoing construction, which unfortunately can be a bit noisy at times.

The bed was comfortable. Airconditioning, fridge and TV worked well. Bathroom was spacious enough and clean. The location is excellent and close to the beach. The staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Due to renovations going on in the buildings next door, there was a lot of construction noise in the early morning and the balcony furniture was always covered in dust. There's not much the hotel can do about this, but hopefully the renovations next door will be completed soon.

Ness Hotel is much recommended! It's in a real good location 2-3’ away from Jaffa beach, the facilities are good and the room was clea. But the best thing is the staff!! Very polite and helpful people with warm hearts! Especially Matt! He understood that we had a problem with our credit card during the taxi payment and he helped us so much! If you visit Tel Aviv, you have to book your stay at Ness Hotel!!!

Good location - close to the beach, market and other tourist attractions. The staff is extremely helpful, answered all the questions, always greeted with a smile. And our flight was on Shabbat, so the administrator called a taxi, exchanged the money for shekels, and he dealed a good price with the taxi driver. The highest level of service! ❤️

Poor noise isolation, street noise can be heard at nighttime.

The hotel was very charming, clean and well maintained with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was ample for two and the bathroom was big enough. We didn’t mind climbing the stairs because the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach promenade. The beds were very comfortable and the room we booked had a balcony.

The receptionist has been very kind and careful to my needs. He gave me a bigger room at ground floor since I had to walk the stairs to second floor with a big luggage to reach the original room, and indicated the way to the beach just looking at me lost outside the entrance. Moreover the facade of the hotel is pretty and romantic, and the position is close to the beach and loads of restaurants.

Interior design of the rooms could be improved.

Compact hotel room, but everything needed was present, nice personnel, room got cleaned immediately once requested, lock was broken but got fixed within 25 minutes, perfect location in a quiet street but near the heart of Tel Aviv (Allenby and Ben Yehuda just around the corner), less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.

For the price we paid the hotel is a great choice. Its location is really close to the beach, markets and Carmel market. Also the center is not so far away. Staff is friendly and helpful, trying all their best to make your stay great.

There were some issues with the wifi (coming to hotel on weekend) but the staff resolved it quickly and make it working.
