We were tourists when the war broke out while we were staying at this hotel. We would like to express our gratitude to the manager who offered us a discounted room rate and allowed us to remain in our room until our flight. Additionally, we would like to extend our thanks to the hotel staff who remained calm and provided unwavering support during these challenging times. Special thanks go to Alena, Anastasia, Thomas, Katya, Rita, Mustafa, and Maximus, who helped us go through these circumstances. We felt safe at the hotel, especially due to the presence of shelters on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors. The hotel also continued to provide breakfast daily, regardless of the ongoing war, which helped us maintain a semblance of normalcy. As far as we know, this hotel remained open and hosted many people from southern cities seeking safety. Once again, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for everything you've done for us, and we hope that you all stay safe during these challenging times. We hope for a swift end to the war.

We came to this hotel, after canceling our reservation at a nearby hotel, which was a complete mess. We came to LightHouse at 18:00, with no reservations or anything. The lobby room was so welcoming, and gorgeous, with a good smell and design, so we understood we must stay in there. We booked our room through booking.com in 5 minutes, and after the staff of the hotel checked us in. A man by the name of Avi was very nice to us and did his job as a professional. Accidentally, they upgraded our room to a view both of the city and the sea. We were lucky! When we got into the room, it was fresh in there and smelled like an orange. It was clean and pleasant as well. The windows were big, and a little dirty, but it didn’t ruin our evening:) the view was great! We had the 8th floor. Everything we needed was in the room and a nice little reminder that they are taking care of us - very tasty chocolate and two bottles of water. On the tv, in the room, we were playing music through youtube. The shower was clean and beautiful. The terrace and the room where we had our breakfast which was nice. Comfortable chairs, tasty breakfast. The coffee machine didn’t work on weekends, but we got some other, not great not terrible coffee. We liked jahnun and burekas, as well, as desserts. The cheesecake and chocolate pie was really good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Nearby we had a beach, the center city where we found the amazing restaurant of Indian food and a cinema.

I love that the hotel is dog friendly. The decor and ambience is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and healthy. Their outdoor rooftop area is beautiful and green. I also loved that they gave free bike rentals and give a towel for the beach. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would go back! The staff knew we were celebrating something special by our trip and they had wine and chocolate and dessert waiting for us in our room!!

They knew we were coming early - an hour before check-in, as we told them, but our room wasn't ready yet. And it wasn't ready until 15 minutes after normal check-in time. Also it took about 45 minutes of waiting from when we requested that our luggage be checked so we could go out while we waited for the room to be ready until the luggage was taken. When I called the spa, no one answered. Also when I went down to check it out, there was no one working there to book a spa treatment. I went after 10 am. There should be more lighting in the hallways of the rooms, as it's a bit too dark.

We absolutely adored our stay at the hotel; it left us with the impression that every detail had been meticulously considered. The breakfast experience was particularly outstanding, offering an array of delectable vegan options. To top it off, we were fortunate to enjoy a partial sea view from our room. The hotel's location is good, just a short stroll away from the seashore and from Shuk Hacarmel, where you'll find a bustling marketplace with a vibrant atmosphere. In the evening, the neighborhood truly comes to life, with a plethora of charming restaurants opening their. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a delightful assortment of cakes awaiting us in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we enjoyed our night there!

The primary challenge was parking, as it proved to be a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the city's vibrant energy did come with some noise, exacerbated by ongoing construction work nearby. Yet, these factors were hardly a surprise given the bustling nature of Tel Aviv. Overall, our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience, and the minor inconveniences were outweighed by the nice hospitality and attention to detail.

We traveled to Israel during the worst possible time, Passover, and on a Sunday. The traffic in Tel Aviv was a total nightmare, it took me 40 minutes to park around the corner while my mom and two daughters waited at the reception. Although the guy at the front desk promised to check them in while I parked, they were not acknowledged. I informed the manager, Daniel Lerman, as soon as I walk in and he did everything possible to make us feel welcome and apologized a million times about the wait. He gave us many recommendations in regards to where to eat and what to do in the area and kept checking in on us through our stay.

They were upgrading the hotel. The wait to check in was pure insanity.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean and modern rooms. 10min walk through the streets to the beach and view of the beach from some of the hotel rooms.

Toilet was very noisy to flush (louder than an airplane toilet) and at one point stopped flushing. Cleaning staff were quite noisy (talking on their mobile phones in the corridors, had a cleaning cupboard next to my room which I could hear them rummaging through, were vacuuming the corridors at 6.30am). The corridors are very dark and it's quite hard to see the room numbers (black carpets, walls and doors with minimal lighting).

Great location and really friendly staff. Loved the sea view from both my room and the 5th floor restaurant. Manager Michael and counter staff Dan and the ladies were very helpful with many issues like calling a cab, etc. I recall seeing the counter ladies fighting sleepy eyes without an off day during Passover and yet dealing patiently with holiday jam. Impressed.

Lighting in the room and bathroom is scarce, very Gothic by design. It's cool but an option to increase lighting would be great, especially in the bathroom when shaving 😅

The view of the beach and coast is just amazing and also the mattresses were heavenly. I don't remember having slept so well in years now. On our last day we were complemented to breakfast, since we checked out so early already and this really saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. The hotel is located very close to the beach. Definitely coming back.

I know we came very off season and I am well aware that's when the necessary touch ups and repairs are being made, but it still would have been nicer if they could be done regularly.

The quality of service provided by Maxime was nothing short of exceptional! 10/10! He always went above and beyond for all of our enquiries. He speaks several languages fluently and everything he did for us was with friendliness and particular attention to details. Kudos to the hotel for hiring such a quality service professional. We will definitely return!

The Russian lady at the reception desk that did not make an effort and saw no issue sending my disabled partner to fetch coffee pods for our room from the fifth floor when the previous day Maxime had them delivered directly to our room.

The second room (after exchanging) was good value and lots of space. The hotel seems new as I was staying there before and it was another name and other design. Nice breakfast room with large terrace and different variations of dishes and drinks. Every morning a new cocktail of the day.

The first room was very small, not 16M2 as advertised, there was no place to open the suitcase. Drilling noise from 8:00am, noisy guests at 05:00 am.
