Very disappointed swimming pool is under a roof and in the shade all day

The Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv was absolutely perfect. The location is prime, right next to the beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious. The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the overall ambiance was elegant and peaceful. A fantastic stay!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded expectations!

The hotel is beautiful. We had the corner room which is not how it sounds - much bigger than expected and very well appointed and thought through. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious! We spent a whole day at the pool which is a lovely area with a stunning view of the beach and sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful and food from the pool bar was very tasty and not hugely overpriced. The hotel is positioned perfectly - literally 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Carmel market which is well worth a visit. It was also really easy to get into the centre of town either on foot or by public transport. Staff also very happy to get you a cab.

It would have been nice to have USB ports in the room for ease of charging and somewhere to hide away the suitcases!

The professionalism which the staff treated all its patrons was top notch. Room service was excellent. Fruit and sweets daily. Well appointed spacious suite. 2 terrace with Mediterranean view. On the beach with chairs and food available from 3 rd party. Spent 2+ weeks there to support the economy and am yisroel.

We would like more food opportunities for those kosher mehadrin patrons. Business lounge hours need to be put in suites.

As an Israeli who has stayed in most of the major Tel Aviv hotels over the years, this is BY FAR the one that gave the most return on the investment. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is nicely designed and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very professional - including front desk and breakfast staff. I would like to particulalry commend Ruchama who helped make out anniversary stay that much more special. All in all - I would gladly choose to return here and have already recommended it to family and friends both here and overseas.

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like. It can serve as a model for other hotels.

I would like to give 5 stars for my recent stay at the Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv. The service was excellent everyone was so friendly and helpful. It honestly always feels like home away from home. The food is outstanding too :) I must also mention Ruhama who went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I’m looking forward to coming back so soon! Thank you

The staff !!! Fabulous fabulous. Velko and John special mentions ! This review is purely done on behalf of the staff. They made our trip , they are a true credit to the hotel. ABsolutley every single one of them , friendly accommodating and kind ! Name mentions would be John the cleaner around the hotel , always helping and accommodating in anyway!! He also has a wonderful smile greeting everyone. Velko the waiter , covering breakfast and day time at the pool. He goes above and beyond for his guests , ALWAYS helping in anyway he can. Maya, mishel, misha, saar and Samuel by the pool who also help in every shape and form that they can ! Edward and ahjmed at breakfast were fab too!! Wow as you can see we really were amazed with the service at the hotel , it’s the biggest asset to the place and would be purely the reason driving us back here !

The rooms are a little outdated and could do with a slight re fresh. Also the fact they close the pools when the sun isn’t fully shining. This shouldn’t be the case when people are choosing to stay and pay the extra price for a hotel with a pool!

I thought the property was well maintained

We were not enamored by the design of the bathroom doors in the room which involved sliding a very heavy door that had no handles to grab but open spaces to stick one’s through that remained open. While the smokey glass that defined the bathroom was nice to look at, it allowed the light to shine on the sleeping person if the bathroom was used at night.

Beautiful hotel. The room was very nice and the hotel was very well kept and clean. But the best part was Ruchama, the PR Manager. We had an issue with the front desk at check-in and Ruchama took care of it (and then some) as soon as she heard about it. She made sure we were more than compensated and our stay was lovely from there on out.

The pool, while beautiful and clean, can get windy and chilly (the roof blocks the sun).

the room and location of the property was great, right next to the better part of the beach which is great, the hotel looks stunning, clean and modern.

The staff don't know anything about the actual hotel, they really need to be trained, we were only there for 1 night and they we had to ask 3 different staff members what time the pool & gym was open and only 1 could answer the operating hours of the gym, no one knew when the pool was open and closed, they also can't book a taxi for you a day in advance and told us to order it through some israeli app which was frustrating considering its presented as a 5 star hotel. otherwise the stay would have been perfect, so just make sure you ask everything before you book the hotel to make sure it suits your needs because the staff weren't helpful at all, considering every other hotel we stayed at in Israel the staff knew everything about the hotel they were working at.
