Very clean hotel. Nice grounds and entrance. Beautiful clean pools,1 inside and 1 outside. Beds were very comfortable. Clean smelling sheets and towels in bathroom. Had a restaurant, workout room, Close to many attractions. Lots of biking; parks in the area, we will certainly stay there again

Rooms did not have a microwave. When you are on 7th floor, going down to the S level to heat things up is very inconvenient. Not sure why there wasn't one since there is room for it. Could have more chairs available for the inside pool. No hot tub

Great location close to Jardin Botanique, Biodome,Olympic Stadium and metro stations. Very convenient to metro and free parking. Good value. Breakfast was good (not included ).

Our room was on the main floor near the doors to the lobby. You could hear voices of people talking near the elevator on the way to the lobby. It was quieter later at night but in the day time and evening it was a bit noisy...

Excellent location of the hotel. Few minutes walk to the Biodome and short drive to downtown. The room was great. Mattresses were super comfortable and even though I was awake few times per night I still had a great sleep. My husband and son were sleeping like babies all night long. And another huge bonus is that there was no sound of heater at all. So it was very quite at night. There is mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Free onsite parking. There is community microwave on the basement floor by the pool. Indoor swimming pool was excellent. Pretty warm water. And there was sauna too!!!

There was nothing that we disliked, but just some weird things that we noticed. But again it was manageable. Plugs location, for example to charge phone. There was only one plug by the bed. Weird frosted glass partition separating bathtub with toiled from the rest of the room.

Quiet at night! indoor pool was heated and fun, quiet air conditioning and we barely needed it even in July. Good water pressure in the shower. Perfect location for Biodome and Botanical Gardens and an easy walk to the metro to get downtown. Free parking and some good restaurants and a grocery store near by. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great for a stay with kids.

Shuttle service had very limited hours (3-9 pm only on weekdays), outdoor pool was not heated, and not nearly as big as the photo makes it appear. 🤣 Beds not real soft but seems to be the standard out of the US.

Room (Superior King) spacious. We appreciated, and used, the desk and desk light. Hotel location, close to Jardin Botanique/Insectarium/Biodome, and particularly, access to a nearby Bixi stand and bike lanes were perfect for us. The parking included was a huge relief. We were also glad for the noon-hour checkout time rather than the usual 11 a.m. at other hotels.

I would have appreciated an extra towel bar or hook for suspending wet towels or facecloths to separate them from the dry ones. The coffee machine didn't work but that was not a big issue for us. I did report it to reception on check-out. (Room 708) The exercise room could do with some upgrades. Maybe I just don't know how to use this type of step machine but I couldn't work it, nor could someone after me. It seemed an older model. I was hoping to find an elliptical machine. Couldn't figure out how to use the TV with the remote on the treadmill.

the beds were very comfy, there were good facilities in the room such as ironing board and hairdryer. The restaurant was good too. the facilities also included a nice outdoor pool and indoor pool, both looked great but we just didn't get time to use them.

it would be handy to have a vending machine on the premises for late-night quality snacks :-) as the hotel is not near a convenience store, and the store on premises is only open business hours. Also would be nice to have laundry facilities on site, such as a dryer, as if you are swimming or it rains outside, you want to be able to dry your clothes rather than hanging over the shower or trying to iron them dry.

The room was quite a nice size than we expected (on booking.com it said the room size was 209ft) so it was a relief. The location is great! We had a very nice walk around the hotel which is right next to the olympic village and the Olumpic stadium with lots of green grass field and our furry family member was very happy too.

The Wifi was super slow that we could not even google anything on our cells (we came from another country) and the whole stay was a huge problem for us. Also, the room key card did not work on some entrances, and for the gym door and the pool door that we had to ask to change the key cards at the front desk twice. They are aware of this problem so hopefully, they will update the system in near future. The large floor lamp was not working and laid there disconnected...

their service was good

They billed me $40 extra on my bill as they stated i used their Restaurant. when i asked them to double check, they stated it was another room. but if i would have walked out without looking into my bill, i would’ve been charged extra. and they called me at 1 in the morning to check what was my name. so that was not really good.

The location was good, close to Biodome, Botanical Garden. Our room was clean, and beds were comfortable to sleep. My fiance appreciated this hotel more than the Hilton Garden we stayed in last year. The parking lot was free. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym and spa. The steam room was under maintenance during my stay

The room was smaller than expected and not very soundproof

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near Olympic complex and botanical gardens. It is an easy ride to downtown. Metro station is also near. Parking is free and ample. The outdoor pool looked great (we did not have time to go). We went to hotel restaurant for breakfast on Sunday and the service was fast and food was very good (it was closed on Monday).

The room (two beds) was on a smaller side for 4 people, but we enjoyed our stay overall.
