Location is perfect. We had an appointment at the Spanish consulate which is half a block away and the Parque de la 93 is 3 minutes away for great shopping and eating. The Andino Mall is also a comfortable 15-minute walk away on a concurred avenue. Place is modern, very well maintained and well stocked rooms. The staff is beyond attentive, the service is top notch! Been here twice in the recent months and will keep going in the future without hesitation.

Breakfast quite poor. Space inside breakfast room not corresponding to the hotel size. Also cleanless and service must be improved. Variety of food very limited and quality also could be improved.

This is a good location, it is right next to park 93, but the surrounding environment is very quiet. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable.

Breakfast options are somewhat sparse, perhaps because of the pandemic I think. The sound insulation of the room was not good, and it happened that there was a mother with two children and a dog next door. When they were in the room, they were shouting and running, just like a party,with the barking of the dog, they opened the door and ran out of the room at 0:00 in the night, so I had to ask the lobby staff for help many times. But the lobby staff could only stop them for 5 minutes, after which they were still partying.

I always feel at home here! Always great helpfull and respectful staff! Great bed, many options at breakfast! My 9th stay here since 2021!!!

My room missed some basic stuff upon arrival! Was not a deal breaker, however I should not have to ask for these, especially when this was my 9th stay since 2021!

The service of transportation was the best we have had by far. They even offered us to pick us whenever we needed, something that we really appreciated it. We arrived early in the morning at the guy at the entrance helped us to put the luggage at some temporary place. To sum up the attention from all the staff was 10/10.

Excelente breakfast (egs, bread, cereal, juices, ham,cheese, coffee) the staff are awesome: Laura, Nicolás and José. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with a lot of great restaurants around, the parque 93 where you can go for a walk. Amenities in the room, besides, iron and a safe box, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Excelente choice for a female solo traveller and or family.

There was no heat in the room and bogotas nights can get really cold. There's a medical insurance fee of $4 us dollar that for me it has to be optional if you don't have your own insurance.

This was our 4th stay in less then 2 years. We love it there! Location location location and offcourse the Hotel, staff, beds and breakfast! The kids are also excited to stay there all the time! Till next trip again!

I have stayed a few times at the Holiday Inn Express, it´s really well located, staff is helpful and friendly, ready to offer suggestions on places to visit around. Comfortable rooms, good space to work and attend online meetings.

Great Location near park 93, Big Room, Very Clean. not too far from Zona T (Cool area to eat and party). Nice breakfast.
