Great location, wonderful staff, clean and quiet. I had an issue with the safety box and was immediately addressed.

Rooms have a strange layout but it is ok. The hotel and rooms need remodeling. Many things here and there look beat up and old. The gym has very old equipment. The treadmill looks ancient and shuts off after few minutes of functioning. it is obvious that maintenance and functionality of the fitness center are not a priority for the hotel. there are some funny touches like the TV in the gym on the opposite wall to where one looks when working out. 😉

Great location, very close to restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The staff was very polite and nice, made you feel like home. Bed was very comfortable. Room had great size. It was an overall great experience.

You could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. One of the phones wasn;t working. I had to use the one in the bathroom. I wish there was more variety for Breakfast. The sink when turned on had a leak and wet the floor.

If you are going to visit some places like (Moserrat, Zipaquira or Parque Jaime Duque) you need to be prepared because the city has a very heavy traffic and the distances are a little far away. The room of the hotel is very nice, hot water always work all day. The breakfast is good, no much variety but is very good. All the staff of the hotel is very nice and happy to help you with anything will you need. You can contact the hotel for transportation services, the transportation that the hotel offer is very good and secure, very good prices too.

excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is excellent and the room comfortable and sound proof. the location is excellent with many options for restaurants and nightlife. highly recommended. the taxi drivers who work for the hotel , in particular Ruben, who is the best, were readily available day trips and city drives .

The staff was great and really friendly. The natural light in the room was perfect and it was very spacious. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

The door of the restroom is not really closed and felt like I had no privacy and it happened the same with the shower. I would have prefered a normal door to separate the whole bathroom from the bedroom.

the team at the front desk were excellent and helped me with a lot of things, including buying some things, mailing packages, and even some legal documents. everything was easy

Just bad timing but there was building work going on and I was working from the hotel. So this was a distraction.

Very comfy room and th staff is really kind. The location is in Chapinero area, not the city center but at least it was very safe which is the most important for me.

The breakfast is only available until 10 am... a bit early !
