**Hotel Review for Hyatt Place, Dubai** Nestled in the vibrant heart of Baniyas Square, Hyatt Place Dubai offers a gateway to the city's bustling commercial district and cultural treasures. The metro stations too are a 3 minute walk away. The accommodations at Hyatt Place are a haven of cleanliness and comfort, boasting spacious rooms that are thoughtfully equipped to meet every need. The true essence of hospitality, however, shines through the hotel's staff. Their warmth and attentiveness are unparalleled, with a commendable nod to Mr. Shinosh Vellen, a security team member whose assistance in repacking bags was invaluable, alongside his able assistant, Chandra. Their dedication to service truly enhances the Hyatt Place experience.

The breakfast spread wasn't appetising to be honest. Also, the premium malls are at a distance from this hotel.

The service received was exceptional. Staff went over and above to ensure we were comfortable. Our every need was met with a smile. Unfortunately my mum was poorly with a bad back when we were there and Vartika offered us a wheel chair we could borrow so that she could do some sight seing amd help with her mobility. Yogesh at check in offered to put an extra single bed in our room as mum was Ill. Lastly our flight was at 11 pm. I had not booked extended check out but they (muskan) let us keep our room till 4pm due to mum being ill(the plan initially was we’d check out and go wander around). They even sent a basket of fruits to our room as a welcome back! The staff at check in (yogesh Vartika Muskan ) were all so helpful friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much of an ask. The room was superbly clean and the beds were so comfy! I have never slept so well In a hotel. They even brought luggage scales to help weigh our luggage. Even the porters(Chandra and Naznin) helping us with the luggage and getting taxis were brilliant!

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Ruth at the restaurant is very friendly, she was doing an exceptional service at the restaurant and I applaud her. Jennifer at the reception, Muski at the reception and Chandra were very helpful and their customer service is exceptional too and I applaud them as well. I will say keep it up to all 4 of them …. The toilets were clean but I believe they could be cleaned more because some areas were neglected and they have to look into that

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job without being seen. The breakfast was more than adequate, with varied selections every day. The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly, especially Ruth from Nigeria. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is great for getting around Dubai by train. Good for a short stay.

The outer aesthetic of the hotel, surrounding location, and entrance on the ground floor are not as pleasant as at other 4-star hotels, and there isn't any clear area for taxi pickup or drop-off, which is probably why this hotel's price point is more affordable. Nevertheless, it's very good value for money!

Hotel staff including chef and the attendants were super amazing. They were very accomodating and ready to facilitate you wherever possible. You would like the taste of food by Chef Jiten. Services staff in the breakfast time were super quick in serving you espcially Abdul. Service Desk also accomodated my request for late check-out despite huge traffic flow in last weeks of December.

Hotel must provide or replace amneties on daily basis like shaving, dental kit and moisturizer. I had to call sometime to reception to ask for dental and shaving kit.

The customer service was excellent. All members of staff were so willing and happy to do all they could to make our stay just perfect! The room size and space to 'unpack' was great. The location was ideal with a metro station only a few minutes walk away. This made it all the easier to transfer from and to the airport as well as reach other areas of Dubai within a relatively short time period. Having a wide selection of food to choose from in the breakfast buffet.

It was nice to have a pool to use although the area around it was rather limited in space. Some of the 'hot' food in the breakfast buffet could have been 'warmer'.

Great location with easy access to the train station (Baniyas Square - Green line), really pleasant and clean rooms. All the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and generous. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they allowed early check in, so we could relax after the long flight. Breakfast is very good. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I truly recomend this hotel for stay in Dubai.

- Location: Hyatt Place Baniyas Square was right opposite the metro station and thus the location was very convenient for us to move around in the city with the metro. - Breakfast: Morning breakfast also had a good variety of options. - Rooms: Spacious enough and equipped with all must-have things. - Staff & Service: Staff and service were extremely courteous and helpful, they ensured we had everything right. One of the best staff I've seen. Housekeeping was also done every day.

- Don't have a parking space - The Wi-Fi speed was fine, but it wouldn't automatically connect if you moved from room to dining area (not really a con, but an improvement)
