The Staff were excellent and most helpfull! The Room was excellent, well presented and very comfortable. The location is very good. The Hotel internal layout is very good, spacious, airy and comfortable to the visitor.

The approach and entrance - way for vehicles, is very restricted.......are there signs to direct Guests directly to underground Parking, how do you access it? I was not driving but I could see how quickly congested it can become. The breakfast meal was average, bacon was drastically over-cooked and handling, pots, lids, plates and self - serving utensils, all at the same time I could see was difficult for some people..........

The room was spacy and with a great view (city, lake, a bit of sea). Excellent location near the beaches, boulevard, and everything. Café at 20th floor is very good. Delicious breakfast. Everything is very clean. Hotel has bicycles that are free for guests. Pool is excellent. Executive lounge is also useful.

Room had some technical issue and we had to move to the same room on another floor. While not a big deal, and we were compensated for that, it's still an inconvenience.

She has demonstrated a genuine passion for her work as a customer service representative and an admirable commitment to the well-being of guests. During my stay at Hilton Hotels in Batumi, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service that was provided by the hotel at all levels, as well as the level of comfort of my room, as well as the view of the ocean which exceeded my expectations. It is without a doubt that I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family, and I will definitely stay here again.

Location is good & the property is also nice. Breakfast was decent good variety. Honestly when I checked I was not happy there was no water the glass were not clean. We got really upset. But then came hotel manager TINA she was excellent she just made everything perfect for us. She is excellent. One more important I was really impressed as there some disabled staff giving there 100%in the job. So happy to see such initiatives taken.

Everything is nice

The Hilton staff led by Ms. Lana & team were Exceptional and super helpful to make our trip wonderful and memorable. Exceptional hotel views and recommend the panoramic room view. Hotel amenities, breakfast and hygiene was top notch. Special mention to Arsalani @ Hotel Pelion who was so kind hearted and always made us feel welcome and served us some delicious Georgian cuisines and also assisted us with some child friendly pasta for my little girl. We will definitely visit again and recommend to stay @ the Hilton always.

From check in till check out everything was extremely nice Receptionists are professionals & amazing Megi,Goldi,Badri , Zura and Evening shift are so nice & kind too House keeping staff are really up to thier tasks all order takers speak nicely and politely Restaurant staff are wonderful and caring they took very good care of us and my daughter (Yasmin) Lana Diasamidze, Mariam Shvelidze, Mariam japharidze, Mirza beridze,Daina and Evening shift are all nice and kind Food is very delicious In general staff are nice, helpful & kind I strongly recommend hilton Batumi for anyone to stay there I loved hilton Batumi

Both check in and check out processes went very smooth and quick. Room exceeded my expectations even though its high price, it costs every penny. Sea view from 15th floor was gorgeous, neighbors were silent. Especially liked room service, they've delivered very quality food after midnight in 30-40 minutes

The cafe on the ground floor process orders extremely slow. Me and my partner had to wait more than 1h for two tiny sandwiches for breakfast. Someone from the floor above my room broke some glass and were throwing tiny sharp pieces of glass on my balcony. Even though everything was cleaned up after I contacted the reception, they didn't say a word to apologize. This was quite odd since me or my partner could potentially cut our feet

Great location, nice sea panoramic view. We were really enjoying staying in Hilton Batumi.

The hotel should take more attention to own staff checks. New sneakers disappeared from the closed room on the last day of our staying and it's shame for Hilton. It would be nice to stay there again, but I can't imagine to keep all belongings including clothing and shoes inside a suitcase equipped a lock. I would expect more the hotel involvement in search.

The hotel is amazing. Staff was nice and helpful but I especially appreciate and thankful to Tina the manager who made our stay so fun and special. She upgraded our rooms to the most beautiful rooms and helped us with everything. It felt like she really wants us to have best time!! The breakfast was amazing and the spa was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although we were at the 11th floor we had noise from the parties on the boardwalk.

Hilton became my favourite hotel in Batumi. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who offered an early check-in and free upgrade to an amazing sea view room. All the girls in the reception area were very professional, friendly and sweet. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had various delicious selections. The staff in the breakfast room were very cheerful and helpful. We also spent an amazing time in the Hotel's rooftop bar and Spa. All respect to every staff member for excellent hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!
