Check-in was a nightmare. I saw at least three people behind the front desk but only one checked people in. I was fourth in line when I arrived and it took over 30 minutes to get my key. And...I can't go up and down stairs but was originally assigned a room on the upper floor. Astounding to have a motel with no elevators or other ADA accommodations. You should at least ask about issues like that at the registration website.

The beds were surprisingly very comfy and all the extra fluffy pillows were great had a hard time not staying in bed and sleeping allday

Although the continental breakfast had a large selection of items such as hard boiled and scrambled eggs sausage and waffles lost its excited after a couple days..They never change the breakfast items and even after attempting to go first thing in the morning it was stiill same stuff they could use an updated meal plan and a bit of variety every other day possibly

Nice place to stay good buffet this time we went they were remodeling so the breakfast was meh but overall the kids enjoy it here the gas station is in the corner quick access to gas and ice along with munchies before you head out to the lake. They have boat parking. Rooms have a mini fridge over all a nice place to stay.

The room was very clean and beds were super comfy. The front desk clerk(Reechad) was SUPER FRIENDLY and ALWAYS wore a smile. Kept us laughing. Breakfast was wonderful and superb location. Thank you. It has definitely become our favorite place to stay. And the price was great

Nice breakfast with hot selections

I did not know until I arrived that booking the last room meant that it was a smoking room. It was okay for one night, but I would have preferred a non-smoking room. I wish there had been some indication on the booking site. If there was, I missed it. I will book directly next time with the establishment & avoid the middle man.

The nicest staff we have had in years, no kidding! How amazing that quality service and kindness still exist!

We walked around in our socks when we got there. Our socks turned black. When we got out of the showers we got on the towels to protect our clean feet, the towels were black. Everything else was clean. Floors gross.

I have stayed here a few time while they are renovating. Rooms are good, old and outdated, hence why they are renovating but for the price they are charging during the renovations it was great.

Nothing, as I knew they were renovating so accepted the minor inconveniences at the time

The room was kept clean. The pool is big and kept clean. A fun place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The bedding and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. The front staff were very helpful and a pleasant

In our room the carpet needed replaced or a deep cleaning. We stayed for 9 days and the stairs to the second floor had cigarettes not swept up the whole time. On the stairway hallway was a large coffee spill and it needed washing.

Close to my daughter's house easy drive there and back. We stay here last year was a great trip

Beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable just couldn't get a solid good night of sleep. We stay here last year and beds were great . So was a little surprised by the beds

The room was nice, the AC worked well, and the property was clean.

The break fast was underwhelming. Most of the options were very carb heavy. For those who were looking for waffles, the size of the hotel made getting them difficult.
