Rooms are appointed with a kitchenette for access to store food and cook simple things. There is also a dishwasher inside the room. Ample of hot water. I really liked the receptionists and staff. Very welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to make things right for you. Washer and dryer on site but only one washer was working. Overall decent stay!

Bed was not comfortable. Bed sheets and duvet cover were scratchy and rough. Noise from the freeway will be loud and constant so something to be mindful of when booking. Internet is slow and you constantly have to log back in every day. Room cost is too high for the value received which is also another negative. Breakfast could be improved and more healthy options like fruits and vegetables and yogurt.

Location

The older (w/foreign accent) security guard who was friendly but approached us and walked in uncomfortably close proximity to us (literally right next to us) in the dark parking lot at close to midnight as we were returning back from Taylor Swift concert to show us something on his phone. It may have been genuine and innocent but this day and age with so many bad things that happen every day…no man should be approaching women in parking lots especially at night. It actually made us very nervous and scared although I’m sure those were not his intentions.

Homewood suites was excellent. We were there for 7 nights. Rooms were spacious and kitchenette was also great. There was a big fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. There were also utensils. Breakfast was included and was also decent. Kids had their waffles everyday. There is paid parking available. There was also a laundry room which was quite helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how large our room was. We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was clean and both TV's worked well. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Good value for a large room with enough beds for the family to spread out and in a safe area of town.

Charging for parking seemed a bit silly $10 a night when there is lots of parking available.

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. The location was not scenic, but located in close proximity to restaurants, grocery, freeways n expressways. The bathroom had a large shower and the room had a living space area to watch tv.

For being a relativity newer location the room looked already damaged (stained). The TV's guide function was not working! Had to figure out what was on!

Hotel is well situated in a business area of San Jose, quiet nite time setting. Clean comfortable studio suite, private seating area with a small kitchen. Close to restaurants

Noisy family neighbors, was forced to call desk to have problem remedied which it was. Over priced for a weekend business hotel

Clean and comfortable room. All facilities work well.

The room is a bit far away from the car park, especially when you have large luggage.

everything ! honestly will book at this location again for future family trips to San Jose , per husbands request and he usually lets me choose hotels but he feel I love with everything about it ! it’s very family friendly and the breakfast is pretty good ! definitely recommend !

breakfast is superb

My room's window blinds is broken. Called front desk and waited for it to be fixed for 3 days. It was never fixed. Difficult to sleep since it is close to the highway and the afternoon sun is towards the bedroom. Good thing we wake up early and did not stay in the hotel during most of the day.

-Complementary breakfast was good -many towels provided -Overall very pleasant and comfortable stay

-TV in the room was mounted at a bad angle so could not be viewed from neither the couch nor the bed
