The location was super, the entire staff from the housekeeping to the restaurant were absolutely delightful!! Manners are fabulous!! Glenn the restaurant waiter was tremendous!! 👏👏👏 My filet was the best I’ve ever eaten!! Snaps for the chef on that!!

It’s in a bit of a stag where it needs some freshening up. We’ve stayed here before years ago and still liked it. The hotel coffee bar downstairs is in big need of more machines or even change its serving area to the empty bar across from check in to make it more accessible to many at one time. Waiting 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee seems a bit much. One cup at a time, but the line of everyone in the hotel waiting was way too long… Parking at $35 a day is New York prices…

Lorraine was fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. The facilities are all very clean. Our room had a beautiful view.

During our previous stay the shower was bigger. During this visit, the room was amazing but the bathroom was too tiny and tight.. It was the smallest shower imaginable. I had to stand sideways to raise my arms to wash my hair. The beach maintenance timing during July 4 week should be avoided so families can get to the beach. This is not the hotel's fault but why we picked the hotel on the beach, so we could go to the beach.

The restaurant is amazing! The staff are super helpful and friendly!! Beds are comfy, loved the hot chocolate and coffee machines available 24/7, heated pool, location is perfect, and valet is super fast and friendly! Plus, they don't change your seat position or radio station, so I appreciate that too 🙏 Great little storage closet and hangers, and we forgot toothpaste however the lobby had some so that was a life saver!

As several others mentioned, the head boards had clear signs of dirt and oils from being used. Which is something that a baby wipe cleaned but not something I want to clean when I am staying at a resort. The showers....lovely, nice shampoo and conditioner however when you open the door it leaks all over the floor, so several towels were used just to soak up shower water.

We loved how welcoming and friendly the staff was. We loved that we could bring our little dog Macy with us. The ocean view was amazing!!! There were so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. AMAZING food! Highly recommend going to Sliders for there Godzilla oysters!We are already planning to come back.

Wished the heated pool was open later but that did not make our stay any less wonderful.

I would prefer the choice to self park Dinner tray stayed outside my door after ordering room service. The instructions were to call to have it picked up which I did, but they didn’t pick up. Caesar salad was missing salad dressing. Construction noise on north side of the building should warrant a discounted stay Furniture was worn

Beachside...everything is First Class. The Spa is directly over the pool, and you must treat yourself. Pool bar has some killer cocktails. Book it today. Thanks, One Ocean! We will be back this soon...we are only 3 hours away

I miss the Lobby Bar but when Hugh passed away it really hasn't been the same. I wish they would add a hot tub and more kid activities. Maybe a Kids Camp during the Summer to give the parents some time together

Well it rained every day and had to leave a day due to bad weather.Your was very nice to comp valet parking and resort fees.Ive going to One Ocean for at least 20 years.I will never book reservations online.Be back soon..

Being able to talk to a person on site that's familiar with the property.

Everyone was nice and the place was beautiful. My only complaint was the shower didn't drain and the tub jets were underpowered and the screen to control them was shattered...oh, and the refrigerator leaked water.

Other than the bathroom and refrigerator, I highly approved of everything about the stay.

Easy access to the amenities on the property, friendly helpful staff, good service, food and drinks. Great location.

There was a small convention going on which sometimes disrupted access to otherwise accessible locations on the property or access to normal guest services. We’re all paying guests of the hotel.

Room: The room was very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Only negative was no microwave. The room faced the ocean, had a balcony & we could watch sunrises without leaving the room. Little to no noise. Location: Right on the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach: Same as location; very close and not overcrowded.

No microwave in room. Being forced to use valet parking; it is like having your car held hostage. Valets were very courteous, but it is my car and I want access to it at all times.
