Four couples traveled to Jacksonville, FL so our husbands could play Sawgrass. While the guys were out golfing, the girls relaxed by the pool and at the beach. Towels were provided at the pool and beach service was offered. We loved having access to an outside bar with an option to also order food. This allowed us to stay put all day! We stayed 3-nights total. The hotel was great and just what we were looking for. We did have dinner out each night, but you certainly could have eaten there. In the mornings, they offered a breakfast buffet along with the option to order from the menu. Starbuck's coffee was an added bonus. The room was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed including a small couch, which is nice when staying more than overnight. Our room was super clean as was the entire property. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants. Super fun trip!

If I had to say one negative, it would be the parking. The lot is small, but they did offer additional parking across the street. Not a deal breaker!

We was locked out of our room for 20 mins due to the key card would not work. After going to the front desk and getting new key cards just to find out those didn't work either. I headed back to the front desk to inform the receptionist that the new key cards didn't work either, she then called for maintenance to come check the door. After waiting on maintenance for 10 mins he came to the conclusion that the key card lock needed new battery. Now we sit and wait another 10 mins for him to go down stairs to find batteries. But other than that everything else was amazing..

The location was amazing right on the beach. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel was always clean with stocked fresh towels by the pool. The staff was nice and always smiling. The views and sunrises were spectacular.

At the time of check in I was told that there is a fee for parking but it would be "on us" however I was still billed. I believe that was a miscommunication between staff switching at time of check in. We arrived early, however both of our rooms were not ready at check in time of 4pm. We got our first room at 4:30 and the second room at 6. The staff was apologetic, however after 2 days of driving we were hopeful for an early check-in.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Guests were friendly. Property is cute.

Parking is very tight close to the hotel. Does have availability across the street. Breakfast is expensive, and although many selections are offered, the taste was mediocre. Costs $22. Also, was not able to view the ocean from the outside patio due to the thick grass blocking the view. That was not really clear in the photos. There were no Oceanfront rooms left. If you go, be sure to book an Oceanfront room, if you like to sit and watch the waves from your hotel.

Oceanview, mini suite. Very spacious with a small kitchenette. Our room was handicapped accessible and is the only room with a walk way from the balcony to the pool which we really enjoyed.

there should be a door between the living room and the bedroom. My boyfriend's 13 yr old son was on the pull out couch and it made things awkward for us. Also, our key cards quit working every day which was extremely annoying. It seemed to be a common problem and the staff was super nice about fixing them for us. Just a hassle.

The location was great. The representative Brianna at the front desk was great. She went above and beyond her duties our entire stay. The hotel is a better place to stay because of Brianna. Thank you for simply be you-Brianna.

I was trying to surprise a dear friend who has never been to the beach for his birthday, I spent my whole Saturday wasting time Bartender Kim and Receptionist I’ssa came to my rescue Kim came with the idea and I’ssa bringing it to life omg 😱 absolutely Beautifal I love them to the moon and back !!! They made my stay more than amazing I will be back for sure thank you my beauties . He loved everything you guys put together, I was done and you guys again Brought my image to life❤️‍🔥❣️❣️❣️Everyone was great I must say Thank you guys keep being amazing, I’m Sold 🫶🏼🙌🏽🧡🧡🧡didn’t have to that extra mile but you did and we loved it 😍 ☺️☺️🥰Even the guy from breakfast curly head Caucasian guy amazing as well made a perfect Caramel Macchiato 😋wow . It was wonderful ❤️‍🔥

Overall our stay was excellent. We have stayed here before and will come back. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a mix-up with my reservation and there were no issues the staff took care of us right away! The room was nice and spacious, with comfortable beds, clean sheets, and nice pillows. The TV was very nice and had an HDMI cord and USB, up-to-day technology! We were in room 356 in a balcony room, and we overlooked the pool and beachfront. The food is very good here and the amenity package is worth it if you plan on parking a vehicle and getting breakfast every day! The chips are a MUST. We liked the option of having room service every other day to save on resources. This hotel has very nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. We loved the live music it really made the vacation vibe and we had a lot of fun with those guys! The hotel is on the beach and about a 20-minute drive to get to UNF or Town Center.

Regarding the room our complaint was the smell. The carpet smelled like wet dog or dirty feet it was awful and our clothing items ended up smelling this way. We kept the temp in the room around 72, and the smell persisted and at times was unbearable. I would recommend the hotel consider professionally cleaning the carpets from time to time. The 3rd-floor room overlooked the pool which would be very loud at times. I think we were on the 5th floor last time we stayed which was nicer. The bartenders were nice however I would appreciate the drinks being a little stronger considering we are on vacation. Mixed drinks were served with way too much ice and often tasted watered down (aside from taking into consideration that it is hot and the ice melts quickly).

The front desk and the restaurant staff were excellent. Expecially the young many who worked every breakfast we were there. Prices were high and coffee prices very high.

I was disappointed in the size of the room and the fact that there was no comfortable seating for extended time in the room. It seems for $300 plus a night there would be at least seating for two. The coffee station was not replenished and other toiletries were not replenished, such as toilet paper, body lotion. And most difficult was the housekeeping employee not able to understand any English

After leaving Panama because of our skin color 5 hours later we end up here....The location was perfect right on the beach; farther away from all the bars ,but close enough to not get a DUI. The staff was excellent .They made us feel welcomed and belonged. The Jacksonville beach area is a nice area and experience.No dixie flags in site.
