Everything was amazing until two different works knocked on the door finding out what time we are leaving check out is at 11am . One knocked at 10:30 the other at 10:45 . When the lady knocked at 10:45 asked what time we were leaving i said to her in a few mins she goes okay well check out is at 11 you have to call the front desk to tell them . Makes no sense and also there was hair in the shower once we checked in we didn’t even shower or anything yet so there shouldn’t be nothing in the shower

This 7th time, stay here and will stay again, of course. Rooms are immaculate . They do not allow smoking inside property, and this amazing . The manager is the second supper positive thing in this hotel , I asked to extend my stay till 3 pm, and of course, he treated me well and let me stay for free of any charge . Thank you . They clea8n the room once weekly and this great .

The hotel is in a very centrally located area and is right in the middle of the industrial park area of Somerset. The staff was kind and helpful and made checking in and out easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a longer term stay or someone who needs the extra space or office furniture to work from.

They dont have a continental breakfast or anything of that sort. Other than that the hotel provided us with a clean room and amenities all throughout our stay with them.

Spotlessly clean (& there's a lot to clean with a full kitchen, fridge, etc). Very impressed by housekeeping. Front desk staff were pleasant & efficient. Decor is dated but I don't choose hotels for their decor! Needed to use the iron & ironing board in my room for the first time & they were great, the iron looked brand new & was better quality than my own iron at home lol.

The shower water pressure is weak, but for the price & other plus points, I don't really mind.

I loved that the rooms were so spacious, beds/pillows were super comfy, the room we had was clean and clean smelling, and there was laundry on sight! free laundry.

there really wasn’t anything I truly didn’t like. maybe the water pressure in the toilet? the first couple times we flushed it we were afraid it might not go down

Sonesta Simply Suites is a great place for family, it is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a calm area. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks in a suit. The kitchen was equipped with all you need. It was really good and attended all our expectations. Team members are open to fully attend your needs. Front desk persons were really friendly and were very polite. We really enjoyed our stay and we would return again!

Our room was very comfortable & worked very well for my wife, who is in a wheelchair. The dayshift & evening shift desk staff were very nice, friendly & extremely helpful. The hotels location was perfect for the places that we needed to go to.

There is nothing about this hotel that we did not like.

Staff was very polite and treated me with respect. They were friendly and made sure I was satisfied. Management was also great.

It was clean and the staff took pride in their jobs. There really wasn't anything I can complain about.

The staff are what make this place. I stay here pretty frequently for work in Somerville. They are always welcoming. Everyone from management to housekeeping went out of their way to make sure I always had what I needed. I work the night shift and they even made arrangements to accommodate my schedule for cleaning and check ins. Very comfortable place to stay. Also the laundry room is free just being your own detergent; this is a huge plus for seasonal workers!

There was a problem with the pantry/snack option at this property. The pantry wasn't located in the front, but in the gym/laundry facility. It was an honors system thst simply didn't work because visitors were taking but not paying for the drinks and snacks. It wasn't available most of the time but they are trying to find a better system to offer this to the guests again.

The property is clean, quiet. They have a kitchen with the required utensils to cook if you plan to stay for long. The washer/dryer and gym is accessible 24/7. The staff are courteous and very friendly.
