The noise. Ice machine too close to rooms Can hear the persons alarm go off at 5:00 am in the morning for an hour or longer! That was very annoying. And cleaning service/fresh towels every 3rd day is not a good thing. Especially for people walking the Grand Canyon trials .

First, when you first walk in it has a smell. Not pleasant. made us say “oh no!” But the room didn’t smell, so all good! Second, They had a lot of construction workers that stayed there and they drug in a lot of dirt/mud, we were there from Wednesday evening until Saturday morning and not one time was the floor in the hallways swept/cleaned. If I had showed up once that was already there it may have given me a bad first impression, but since it started out clean it was a good first impression. The friendly staff helped that!! From the front desk girl to the housekeeping to the maintenance man, they were all so nice and friendly!

The breakfast was very good and well supplied. I enjoyed the eggs and ham. The attendant kept everything well stocked and clean. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. I will be back again. When I drove up, there were a lot of pickup trucks parked, so I thought "a lot of noise", but the facility was very quiet!

My room had an older smell but was cleared by the a/c.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing. Poorly designed. It would not affect me from staying there in the future, I know what to expect. The bar should offer light snacks. You have a skills machine, and we overheard the bartender say she can't pay out anything over $100???? We're not sure if that means we'd have to go to the front desk or not. You should allow patrons to sit in front of the machine if they are not playing it. There were plenty of other seats at the bar and tables.

It was convenient to our travel plans. The front desk associates were helpful for getting us to a place to dine. The room was comfortable with places to store our belongings for four days. It was clean and secure. The breakfast was a good mix of food.

We asked for a view of the mountains, since that was what was advertised. Our view was of the rooms across from us. Replenish the food more frequently.

Property was clean. Rooms comfortable. Water pressure low for shower but water was hot. Breakfast was good.

Noise level was high from other rooms. Another guest outside room in hallway talking on speaker phone at 2:00 am and could hear tv or game from another room. This was not property fault. Bar was a little unprepared - plenty of beer but alcohol and mixers light.

Decent price and all expectations met. Clean room, well-stocked breakfast, responsive staff. After checkout, there was a staff member even cleaning the parking lot of trash. Bravo! The way most businesses used to be.

Understaffed after 9pm as several weary travelers tried to check in. The woman behind the desk was great, but she clearly needed help. Four dollars for a drink out of the lobby fridge was excessive.

we had no heat. the air was on when we arrived but was too cold. turned the heat on but a terrible smell came out then a concerning burning smell started. we informed the front desk but we were only giving an “I’m sorry “

We chose this hotel mainly due to the great value. Headed to see the Grand Canyon of PA for fall leaves--pricing here was less than town just a little closer. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options, including eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Room was quiet and clean. Little pub off lobby and restaurants nearby for dinner options.
