The location was set back enough from the road for no road noise. The bed was very comfortable, especially for someone like me with scoliosis. The room was surprisingly large, with a separate couch/hide-a-bed living room area, as well as the bedroom area. Restaurants within a two block-walk, as well as a Wal-Mart/Lowe's across the main highway.

The bathroom fan and light switch were the same, so you couldn't have one without the other. The bathroom tub had been spot-glazed for repair issues.

The location was a good distance from the interstate noise. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and well attended. The managers were all very friendly and helpful.

The only concern I had was with the billing. For some reason I was billed a higher amount for Saturday night. This might have been an oversight, but I was just curious. Maybe I will see a credit issued on my statement?

We didn't eat breakfast but something happened here that's never happened to me before. I mistakenly left two shirts in my room. I got a call and had my items safely shipped to me within a week. Normally when something gets left behind you just have to write it off as dumb mistake but I was impressed with their honesty and customer service.

the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was vey good, the pool/hot tub was better than expected. the room was spacious for us. The workout room was a benefit as well.

did not like the milk at breakfast being in a pitcher. prefer it to be in it's own container. TV channel selection was poor

it’s quite with fairly comfortable beds

the price is too high and when we went down for breakfast at 7:45 there were no eggs, 3 biscuits and only a few people eating. The staff was no where to be seen to ask for more.

Pricing was high. With additional pet fees not shown on the listing, was excessively high priced. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Location is excellent for both Lindale and Tyler. It is next to I20 and 69, set back from the main street. Room was good, service is excellent.

Hotel breakfasts heavy on starch and sugar, low on protein. Hotels could consider a breakfast burrito or cheese/meats sandwich makings. A cold sausage/egg sandwich doesn't work because it must be warmed.

location is good. close to Walmart, chili’s and low’s. the size of suite is good for growing family

the breakfast buffet is not so good. the food is out all the time and the kitchen couldn’t refill immediately.
