The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a standard king room, 213. The room was large, very clean, and SO quiet – no sound at all from any surrounding rooms, which is very important to me. (However, the sound of the freeway is ever present.) The location is walkable from the Downtown Plano DART train station.

The breakfast was very “continental”, that is, very little. No eggs at all, not even hard boiled. Just a couple sugary cereals, some packets of oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, some small yogurts, and white bread and wheat bread for toast. I walked to Denny’s .3 mile away one morning, but it’s along a busy road with stretches without any sidewalks. There’s a McDonald’s .2 mile away. There are other nicer restaurants a bit further away, a half mile or more but still walkable. The location is pretty grim – right near a busy freeway, lots of vacant lots, stretches of streets with no sidewalks. The sound of the freeway is every-present in the room.

The breakfast was awesome and plenty of choices Staff was top notch rooms were clean and I would recommend staying here

Just was disappointed that there was no full breakfast there because of COVID19 but it could be arrange that certain floors go to breakfast at a certain time. Make some adjustments. If you not going to give everything that you offer on your website. Are any way you advertise. You need to adjust your prices. There's no need to pay full price , then don't get full service. That you OFFER.

Location is good, having connectivity with good neighborhood. Cleanliness was good. Staff was courteous. no issue with parking. check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Breakfast can be better.. comparing with other hotels. there were less number of items in the breakfast buffet. I missed 2 phone chargers (1android and 1 iPhone) in the room. i went back to hotel front desk next day, got the android one back but not the iPhone one. :(

The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean

Breakfast finished at 9am during the week but finished at 10am on the weekend. Not enough seating when busy and seating all together, either a six seater table or a four seater table or high chairs at a counter.

Located near downtown Plano bars/shops and the light rail for trips into Dallas. Room was fine, breakfast was basic but good enough. Really all I was looking for. Would recommend for solo travelers who need a cheap place to stay near Dallas.

I liked how covid precautions were strictly enforced. I did not mind at all grabbing a set of gloves before grabbing anything in the breakfast area. The room was a good size and very clean. Something that was new to me was that they give a door hanger that says we have pets please don't let them out. I thought that was very cute and helpful. My husband absolutely loved the mattress! Will definitely be staying here again.

breakfast was ordinary, but ok

the computer in the lobby did not work. i use a computer a lot during my travels to plan the day, look for good places to go. my phone is difficult for me to use and i don't want to bring a device with me. i really needed that computer and it was not working. bad, bad, bad, owner please buy a new one and i may come back.

Staff & personnel were pleasant from checkin to departure. The breakfast was great. They had fresh eggs which I never got in any other stay elsewhere. So that was a pleasant surprise. I had to check out early a night and had already paid in full and within a week I was refunded the rest of my money. That alone was a bonus because usually it takes a month for you to get your refund. I was very pleased with everything at this location so much- that we booked another stay here for next year

Friendly night staff. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The room and bathroom were very clean. Easy access to room and vehicle. I'd stay here again. Room coffee was good.

Had to leave 15 minutes before breakfast. Asked for milk or juice to take with me and was politely denied because they were not available in cartons. Unfortunately, the coffee was not the best. Wasn't able to use the gym due to COVID precautions.
