The staff was very chill they had they rules they enforced and it was respected.. the guy even came and got spider out my room..spiders scare me but I don't be wanting to kill them just get them away from me!!

It was a scent the closer you got to my door on the first floor other than that and that spider and I perfer them to check in everyday when you have kids cause a little help with the trash and towels would've been nice.

The staff was super kind & helpful. Bed was so comfortable. Air was cold. Will definitely stay again.

Lots of people loitering in the entryway. Halls were loud at nighttime. Elevator smelled really bad.n

The young man there at check-in was accomodating. Very pleasant. Good service from him.

Breakfast could be better. Fruit was going bad; not many options. Young lady (staff) was being rude to another lady in the lobby; loudly telling her to leave. I think she called the cops. But the lady wasn't bothering anyone. I had seen her the night before just sitting in the lobby quietly with her mask on. No reason to be throwing her out.

I like most (ALL) the Staff; especially Mr. Patel, Mr. John, and the room Cleaners..ALL staff are kind and cooperative.

The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. He explain where everything was located and was very professional. The room was good size and the bed was comfortable but a little to high for my short legs so had to use the ottoman in the room to get in the bed.

There were a few shady people hanging around outside which made me feel uncomfortable and the room never got cool enough even on the lowest setting. They need a slip resistant mat in tub it was a little slippery and I almost fell.

Hotel was clean. Smelled nice. My queen suite was VERY SPACIOUS! Perfect for my family of 5.

Raymond was very rude. Was greeted by him saying "sup?" I am a choice rewards member and I feel like I should be held at a certain standard. Or atleast treated with respect. I had pre paid the night before I got there. When I did get there I was told I needed a $100 deposit which I didn't see signs for anywhere at the hotel or on my receipt. I've never had to pay a deposit so high. When I asked for documentation of this payment he told me there wouldn't be any which seemed off. When I asked why so high (the price) he told me I was lucky because if I was at his other hotel he would've charged me $200. I just didn't feel like I was treated well at all.

Everything was clean. Room had microwave and fridge. They had breakfast, which most hotels now don't offer due to Covid-19.

Breakfast could use more variety and fresh foods. Also they say breakfast is until 9:30am, but they were cleaning up before that.

The front room area where the TV, bed and couch was nice; the way that it was arranged.

The toilet stool was to low, and the bath tub was in bad shape.....

Friendliness of staff. Value of our stay. Location is close to downtown Plano and I-75.

There seemed to be a lot of people, who were not staying there, walking through the property. Some of themn were camped out in the stairwell, outside the back door, and this was never an issue when I stayed there many times before.
