The most amazing staff we have ever had at any hotel/home we have stayed in. Lidia took care of our every need, every single day, and the pool and restaurant staff were polite, super funny and incredibly service minded. The whole thing felt like staying with the most accommodating family and I recommend it dearly and sincerely to anyone who wants to stay with the nicest people in the Amalfi coast, and not feel like you are being treated like any other tourists. 10/10 stars!!!

Prepare to taxi to most locations but the money you save will still make it a better deal than the more expensive five star hotels in the region.!

From the moment we arrived we felt completely welcome and certain that our stay would be memorable and incredible. Communication prior to our stay was very thorough and helpful. As the team knew we were celebrating our honeymoon, they upgraded our room and left a lovely surprise there for us. The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The attention to detail is second to none and this continues throughout the building with beautiful tiles and ceramics everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully and the view from the pool is dreamy. I think that the service from staff here sets Palazzo Pascal apart; they really couldn't do enough to ensure our holiday was perfect, from recommending and booking restaurants to providing a wealth of knowledge/hints about the local area and what to see and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location provided great views and was very peaceful. The pool overlooking the coast provided was refreshing the views were excellent. The breakfasts were very good- fresh fruit and a large selection of pastries and dining a the restaurant was also very nice. Moreover, what what makes Palazzo Pascal special, is the team. They were flexible on check-in and provided good insight into the area and activities.

The location is not serviced directly ( door-to-door) with transit, however a taxi can provide transportation. I am a particular traveler, and Palazzo Pascal did not disappoint. We will return in the future !

We arrived at the hotel spontaneously after staying at the hotel we liked least in Sorrento. We were greeted with great champagne and delicious cookies. Everything was great - the breakfast was delivered to the room and was simply excellent, the best we had eaten in Italy. The pastries were just so fresh and delicious. The pool is amazing, and the view from the balcony in the room + from the pool is simply inspiring. The nightly arrangement of the bed with the good night cookie was lovely. Free parking on the road (which can cost you another 2-3 euros per hour in a non-free-parking arrangement hotel) The staff was great, the restaurant at dinner was also excellent, and the lovely Madalina recommended great dishes and sharing. On the least busy day, they even divided the dish for us in advance into 2 separate plates. We arrived and hardly left the hotel. The many ceramics scattered everywhere - are simply stunning. Thank you, Madalina and all the staff. It was a perfect ending to our honeymoon. מומלץ מאוד, שקט, נעים ונוח - סיום מושלם לירח הדבש שלנו.

Be careful! It's dangerous! Your plan to visit the Amalfi Coast may be canceled because you simply won't want to leave the hotel :)

We stayed two nights here and everything about Palazzo Pascal was lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Our prestige suite (Fiordaliso) was small but perfectly lovely and our balcony was incredible and MASSIVE! The views out to Ravello are breathtaking. The staff was so helpful with arranging transportation for us everywhere (as well as a boat tour of Capri and the Amalfi Coast). Dinner in the restaurant on site was excellent.

I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel/property with impressive attention to detail. The staff are amazing. They are all extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast and exceptional on-site restaurant. You can hike down to Amalfi (45-60 min), over to Ravello (30-45 min), as well as to other nearby towns.

The location is incredible, but sort of hard to get to. If you are not up for walking, it's generally hard and expensive to get around. A taxi to Ravello which is basically a mile away as the crow flies is 30-40 Euro one-way.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The property has amazing views and a fabulous pool where you can order a spritz. Scala is a lovely quiet spot with epic views across the valley to Ravello and the coastline. The room was comfortable and spacious. It felt private and boutique because it is a small palazzo.

Nothing. However note that the property is in the hills and so you need to use a bus or (more conveniently) taxis which the hotel can arrange for you, to get around.

Amazing view. Located in Scala that provides a more peaceful location and yet, short walk or drive to Ravello and Amalfi. Hotel is at a cliff with amazing views. The hotel facilities are great. Rooms are clean and breakfast is rich and tasty. But as always, the staff is the important thing. Always in attention, helping, making all that is possible to give you the royal treatment and little pleasures

We had an amazing honeymoon here. It was a combination of the stunning views from our balcony, the quiet location, great service and delicious varied breakfast. The rooms are immaculate, cleaned every day and the mini bar replenished regularly. We made good use of the restaurant for lunches, dinners and in-room service and we loved it. Staff are amazing and we felt very well looked after.

Service at the pool wasn’t as consistent as the rest of the hotel. There were days when there were no fresh pool towels or it took very long for towels to arrive after being requested, or it took time to get drinks. That said, on days they got the pool service right, it was very enjoyable and relaxing!

Beautiful setting and amazing staff.. like many other Places in the Amalfi coast access can be challenging.. I wished for Assigned Parking since we drove and an easier Way to get to the facility (lots of steps) but staff was Amazing in Helping us Figure Out. Food was outstanding!!

Access to other nearby towns could Be done via walking but on a very narrow mountain road with no sidewalk…
